Noone approaches you to help...you have to sewrch and search like people are purposely hiding! RIDICULOUS i understand their are peta in there but there are crickets EVERYWHERE...they dont update their information online so how are we supposed to dind out where they re-located too? I have been going too petsmart along with my entire family and friends because they are all extremely friendly, helpful and, polite 3 very important factors that petco lacks...the employees are rude, hide so they dont have to help you...when you do fond an employee to help they are so nasty and rude...like you chose that job, as customers, we didnt pick your job so dont take your minimum wage a$$ attitude out on the customers...Most of us live on minimum wage and are humble as hell about it so get humble petco or leave cause being rude isnt part of working in retail! Customer service is #1 so if you cant do that...your in the wrong place of work! This coming from an experienced 13+ experience in retail and know that customer service is EVERYTHING! so to the people at the eatontown nj store need to get it together

I am totally satisfied with the service and new location of the Ocean Petco. The employees are genuinely helpful. Sarah spent time with me personally assisting me setup my online rewards even at 8:59 pm. Instead of telling me to do it at home. Bobs fish knowledge is great. I ask tons of questions and he patiently answers everything and more. I have been in other local chain pet stores and never feel the level of helpfulness and amazing customer service that Ocean Petco provides.

I went here to buy a small animal, they had told me he was very young but when I paid and took him home he turned out to be horribly old. Not only are these people dishonest they are uneducated with any of their animals.

Not sure if the female shift manager is still there but she was terrible at helping or any knowledge about dog leashes and doc food whatsoever. Not a nice person either, poor customer service skills.

Typical pet store. Really nice staff. The layout is open and easy. And it isnt heavy with that dander smell some pet stores have so they are clean which is a plus in my book.

Terrible!! Dont bother!! Cancelled 3 training lessons in row on us, and wont refund. Will just go down the block to competition. Dont bother with them, thats my opinion

I used to tell my dad i want to go the zoo and hed take me here. The albino mice are the greatest attraction! Great zoo!

Had the fish i was looking for but does not carry the hay my rabbits eat otherwise its very clean and easy to navigate.

It was horrible it smells so bad I could barely breath then they sell poor rats for feeders. Im never going again
