This is by far THE WORST Advance I ever been in, tried to exchange a tool with life time warranty they Did not do it plus yell at the client like a gang they talk all togethers and the use a real low class vocabulary real low lifers there and do not honor warranties. Plus they don wear tags with their names so you never know who is taking to you. Make your self a favor and do not waist your time DO NOT BUY THERE.

When I arrived, there werent enough cashiers to help. A substantial line developed and the cashier shot me a look like I was a weirdo and asked why I wasnt being helped. Now it was my turn, they didnt have my part so he said we dont have it, turned his back to me and ignored me even after I asked what I should do. Rating is for poor customer service.

The manager Will is very rude and not helpful at all. When his Co-worker asked him a question he was very angry. As a customer when I tried to explain, he totally ignored my question. He pretended like no was there. This is the first time and hopefully last time I have to deal with him.
