Pricey but always has what I need. Staff for the most part is great if they are not sure where it is they find out. Staff having friendly conversations hidden in the back though not professional either go in the back where stock is or wait till break couple of encounters of asking for help and get a look of how dare you interrupt us. Other than that it is close and carries many brands of art supplies.

Came here on two occasions, one time the staff were all super friendly and extremely pleasant to talk to. On the other occasion, the staff were terrible and complaining about working conditions. Overall a great place to pick up art supplies, but the staff is a hit or miss!

Checking out is slow and the selection is not always great for yarn and art supplies. They are usually out of stock on a lot of things. Custom framing is great quality and they take good care of your painting.

Great place, has everything you need. From typical brands to high end brands you can find anything if you know where to look. Clearance section has lots of cheap clothing depending on a day very good brands.

Avoid the manager Meredith if you can. Acts very annoyed if you ask for help resolving an issue. Doesnt make you feel welcomed in the store.
