I spoke with a women named Tracy. I inquired about my insurance policy. I asked the simple question regarding what companies do you accept. Tracy huffed and puffed and asked me " so do you want to make an appointment?" I replied "I just wanted to know if you accepted my insurance first". She again huffed and puffed, repeated her question asking about making an appointment, then placed me on hold for over 15 minutes. I normally would never wait this long. However, I sensed she placed me on hold because she was frustrated and didnt want to deal with me. This is by far the worst phone call Ive ever had, I have a new medical insurance. I also inquire all over asking questions about my insurance policy. I have never been placed on hold this long. I think it is completely unprofessional to leave someone on hold for more than 15 minutes. Tracey was rude. I am not happy.

Visionworks has always been my go to place for my annual check ups. Ive been going to the Bloomfield office ever since the old office, the EyeDrx. Ive done medicals and regular check ups on the spot, even my glasses now in days take an hour or less ,when they have my Rx. Ive always loved the doctors from 10 years ago until today. Can not forget about my favorite lady staff, especially the new GM, she brings a even better atmosphore and professionalism to the office. Staff is always there to help eyeglass shopping and trying out new styles and definitely with money saving options. You cant beat there month to month promotions either. Visionworks is simply the best place to go.

This place is horrible.. the staff is unfriendly. The service is terrible I got my eyes checked 2 months ago I sat for 2 hrs.. my daughter is getting her eyes checked were here now going on 3 hrs.. unfortunately this is the only place that excepts our insurance.. I never saw an eye glass place so unorganized.. everyone is all over the place.. I never ever want to have come here again.. I hope the insurance company changes some things.. I have nothing good to say about this place.. its too big to be so unorganized.. oh and did I mention we came Saturday morning and they had no dr. we are told they will call if they get a dr.

Great customer service. Updated and modern machines. In and out within and hour. Doctor was nice and honest about how other places try to un-prescribe you. Overall great experience and will be going here form now on.
