My number one issue is the improper hours listed. I went here one night obv after 11 because when I looked online it said open till midnight. When I got there quater after 11 it was close. But not only was it closed I was "greeted" by a very rude employee who thought it was ok to laugh and tell me maybe I should of looked it up. When my response was "I did and it said midnight was the closing time" he simply ignored me but continued to laugh at me with his co workers. Now I understand he was off of work. But in my eyes you should take pride in where you work. So his response should have been different and reflects to me the place he works. My second issue is every time I come here I have to micromanage almost at the register. 90% of the time my order is not rang up correctly. Its become a habit I get my things rang up and I just immediately walk over to customer service and check my receipt and like I said 90% of the time they owe me money back and Ive been rang up for something twice sometimes three times. Ive also been rang up for things I didnt even purchase. Make sure you are checking your receipt at this location.

The store has fallen apart since George Sr. has died. The staff isnt as helpful as they were when he was alive. YOU ask the staff now and they look at you with blank faces. His kids who run all the Zallie Shoprites are in it for the money and thats it. The have dented cans on the shelves now and at least when George Sr. was around you would see him in the stores but now you cant find any of his kids around any of the stores. Zallie shopright has gone down since the kids took over . They dont care and are just in it for the cash,at least George Sr cared.

I stopped using Shoprite Berlin due to poor quality. A friend said it improved so I gave them another chance yesterday. I bought chicken salad - absolitely NO TASTE, potato salad with egg - absolutely no taste and NO EGG mostly runny dressing. I also decided tried the Wok - all the food was COLD low mein, chicken, shrimp- NO I will NOT be back again. The staff has not changed either still more concerned with themselves and not the customers. And as I left the store I was all but run over by the shoppng carts being returned to the store.

Just had surgery. They had someone walk with me, get items and put in cart. When done shopping the person loaded the belt, someone bagged it lightly as requested and again loaded cart. Same person loaded my car (thank you Rebecca you helped a lot and allowed me to get what I needed you were my angel today). Offered her a tip and she politely declined. Typically before today can say its clean, friendly, almost always bag for you, short lines because lots of registers open, but more expensive than Id like to pay.

Well its a supermarket. It has the standard stuff youd expect, decently sized with a produce section thats kept in good shape and a variety of cheeses for a wine and cheese night. The pre-cooked food is just okay, a lot of it is definitely overpriced. The Chinese wokery inside makes consistently mediocre food, Id suggest not getting anything from there even on discount. People working here seem friendly enough for the most part as well.

Zallies Shop Rite remains my favorite grocery store in South Jersey. Theres one simple reason why this store beats the others: Zallies has a superb selection of lots of brands of nearly every ingredient at the best prices. Looking for a brand you cant find in the big W store? Try Zallies. And, they have one of the best selections of latino ingredients in any mainstream grocery store in suburban Jersey. Great meat department as well.

The Sushi guy at ShopRite is always nice and really pays attention to his customers. He makes delicious food right in front of you if you ask and he is always coming up with new and fun sushi items. He remembers that I cannot have shellfish and I stopped going for several months because of moving across town. I wish every ShopRite had a sushi section and employee like the one in Berlin!

I drive from Marlton to the Berlin ShopRite because of its friendly and helpful employees, and product selection. The bakery is exceptional and bakers are always willing to "go the extra mile" to please customers. The meats are good quality, and butchers will customize any order. This is a great store.

ShopRite always been my favorite stores.its always nice and clean and the fruit and vegetables also.and I ordered a cake last night at 6 oclock and call this morning at 10 and the lady told me its been done for an hour now.so thats why I shot Rite my favorite store

This is typical to all shop rite stores. The produce must be third grade. You buy them one day and second they are gone. The quality is extremely poor. The same for the meats. The manager should be ashamed of himself for bringing in inferior produce and meats

They catered my little girls 1st birthday, they did amazing job- good service, good food. They really worked with me from the rolls to the cakes. Gus did an amazing job accommodating us! Thank you

I drive a little farther to go to this ShopRite because the one closest to me isnt a Zallies. All the store made stuff is great, the employees are friendly and the prices are reasonable.

An average food shoppingmart. There isnt much special about it, although the reference desk people are very kind, and they will give you coupons for a sale if they are out of stock.

A very good supermarket in a shipping center with other stores. It is always clean and well lit. They usually have plenty of registers open in order to keep the lines short.

Store temperature is too cold. Signage needs improvement, you move products without redirect. Never adequate stock of Empire chicken. Employees are kind and courteous.

Shop rite has great sales all the time although some things cost more then Wal-Mart like their lunch meats compared to Wal-Mart Shop rite is $3 more then Wal-Mart

Good food selection. Deli is extremely slow. Be ready to watch your hair grow while waiting for your order. Otherwise, very clean and lines arent usually long

The parking lot is always crowded and busy. The store is very busy as well. Its hard to maneuver around with a large cart. I usually opt for the half carts.

I purchased a package of 4 chilled cooked blue crabs for $6.00 in the seafood department, they very fresh, full of meat and well seasoned...delicious!

Not my usual ShopRite so its possible Im not used to it, but it seemed cluttered to me. It was also very crowded for an early morning.
