I shop at this location a lot. Never had a major issue until today. I had two of my kids with me and they both were in the same aisle looking at stuff with me. Next thing I know store security comes over to me and says theres a problem. By view of the cameras my kids were "as they claimed and stated" trying stuff out. We were down the shampoo and body wash aisle. Security stated they saw her fingerprint in the item. Yet neither of my kids applied any products to their hair, skin, face or body. Yet security and the manager said otherwise. After they made those claims they said they can show me the security tape. Now one would think they would ask to speak to me in private and review this alledged incident but thats not the case. Lets wait to make claims without offering to review the tapes before your statements. In front of other customers made a scene. Which in turn made me irrate only to add to the spectacle. Told me because they used the items it would be considered stealing if I didnt pay for them. Yet my kids didnt use a thing. I payed for the items none the less. I also had my aunt there with us, can we say witness. If hell had a negative rating theyed get it hands down. I pay for everything for its not worth it to me not to. But theres a fine line between things. I had no problem paying for the items if that was the case. My kids didnt put it in their pockets. I believe it was an honest mistake and misunderstanding on their behalf. It also could have been handled better and differently. Keep this in mind a nice lady who was shopping there asked what had happened. When I told her she said almost everything she buys has been tampered with. I just think we were targets. Needless to say I will no longer do business there.

0/5 stars it made me click at least 1 star to write a review. Horrible expierence. There Morning Star brand was all on sale fo $2.50/ each (grocery marked them all on sale instead of just one particular item). As a vegetarian I eat quite a bit of this brand. While at the check out they were not ringing up at $2.50, they were ringing up original price ($4-7) I told the guy at self check out (Delel might have been his name- horrible customer service- working the self check out register 2pm today Sunday 3/26). He was slow and not prompt whatsoever. He called for Tyler (grocery) to come over to do a price check, Tyler had stated that they were in fact miss marked and that he could not honor the prices that they were listed. It is false advertisement and I was only purchasing 6 of these items as they were on sale- my complete bill total was almost $150.00! Whats wrong with honoring a promotion for $5.00-$10.00 off at your mistake?! I called and spoke to Jim, the manager, he had apologized at their behalf. He asked me to bring my receipt in and he will adjust it for my convenience, that is when I told him I was so upset that I told them to put all the groceries away. I did not make the $150.00 purchase. We left and went and had GREAT service at ACME. Bought the exact same products for $120.57. We will not be shopping at Shoprite ever again, even tho we only live 2 blocks away, I guess we will have to drive 3 miles to ACME instead. Sincerely an unhappy customer that will spread the word to family and friends!

The store is average. relatively clean. I find I am searching out the expiration dates of all the products I am buying as a lot of things seem to be very close if not past the expiration date. The biggest complaint I have tho is the deli. They seem incapable of slicing the meats and cheeses thin and evenly. I used to work at a deli myself, so I know it can be cumbersome, but when half the slice is see through and the other half is as thick as leather, then your pushing too hard on the slicer instead of letting the blade cut. Also when I ask for as thin as you can and I end up needed a fork and knife to eat the cold cuts, thats just laziness and incompetance. If I could find some other place near by that had wunderbar bologna you owuld lose my business all together.

I was thrilled to learn that this location now carries Wholesome Pantry. I would like to see improvements to the organic produce section, it leaves much to be desired. There were no BelVita products to be found (breakfast bars & cookies) and not a spot for nutella to go packs, of just Nutella, or packs of Applegate hot dogs ( other than organic) these products can be found at Shop Rite of Laurel Hill. All in all, theyre doing a good job but, need to keep up with stocking the basics.

Uf you want to get garaged or pulled over for no obscene reason... shop here, if not go to the shop rite on evesham road, just 5 mins down the road. Lawnside police patrols this shoprite like if was fort knox, looking for poor people who cant pay a summons. The petsmart and the home depot are safe on the other side of the parking lot. They dont look for people to try and victimize there.

Big clean well maintained. Large selection of fresh produce, International cheeses, and pre-made meals. Not a giant store like ones in Berlin or Cherry Hill but very clean and neat with helpful staff. Safe parking. They honor all Shoprite fliers, the prices are good and they share the large parking lot with Home Depot and a pet food store.

Amazing produce and deli. Staff are ok, I use self check out mostly. Staff doesnt say "hi" or "can I help you find something" but if you approach them, they are polite as expected. Pastry department could use non-dairy icing. Great bread, chip, and drink selection. I like the store and food shop there over Wal-Mart and Acme.

Only game in area. Slightly high priced, but has a good variety. Registers dont seem to count cooked food as food, so if using food stamps you have to remind cashier a cooked chicken is food. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean, no aisles of boxes. Convenient to my home, bus stops right there.

As a shopper of shop rite my entire life, Lawnside Shop Rite runs circles around every store Ive ever been to. The structure, environment, and morale of the store is so welcoming. So much selection and the employees are so helpful and pleasant. I do not live close, but will definitely be back

Its nice but they dont always have everything I need. I wish they were bigger like the one in Collingswood near my work. Some of the employees could use better people skills although the managers and assistant managers are always cordial when I need help. I also shop at Walmart and BJs.

Awesome deli but the produce department could use some upgrades... the produce is not always as fresh as some of the competitors and the seafood department could use a drastic evaluation... several bad experiences... however, in contrast, the bakery is amazing and extremely affordable

Very Good store on many levels, from layout, wide aisle, sales and product selection, fresh vegetables, fruit, meats+bakery. And dont forget the server; no long lines, stocked shelves, cleanliness. And lastly i dont remember any negative experiences there. Keep Up The Good Work.
