Its my first time in this pharmacy. And it will be my last. Filling a script. Waited in line 20 minutes. The staff were polite, but they clearly have more work than they can handle. They quoted me at 45 minutes. I decided to wait. Big mistake. I haven exactly been timing, but my phone was half charged and I was on it until it died-which usually takes around 2 hours. Waited a half hour longer. In my car with my phone plugged in to warn the future visitors they keep telling "45 minutes". Do not bother. I want to ask if its worth waiting, but the staff is too busy. I feel bad for them, but this is rediculous. I feel like they keep lying to everyone because by now they should know it will take longer. Rite Aid next time for sure.

Very unprofessional pharmacy staff. Both times i went to this location i had problems. Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window at 730am when the only people in store were staff! Just to get a greeting / drop off a script. The other time i had been waiting 45 minutes for the auto-text, quoted 15 minutes, finally went in the store and they had put me down as coming back in 2 hours wtf...? Waited another 15 minutes and while i was, i watch the drive-thru pharmacist walk away in the middle of working someones script, saying "i need a break." So then the other girl is doing the work of two people. Management must SUCK.

I always have issues with this pharmacy, and the staff is unprofessional, irresponsible, and too busy trying to assure you that it was not their fault specifically to actually try and fix the problem. When I try to call them to ensure there are no problems with my refill requests but no one picks up the phone. Right now I have been on the line for over 10 minutes and still every time it rings Im transferred back to hold music and then the CALL ENDED. They need to find staff with some integrity.

The photo department is the worst, no training or customer respect or service They photo department will do your order if they feel like it. The store manager will back up this servise and tell you to go to another store if you do not like it. Walgreens must be real proud of this guy. Take your order to CVS, they are just down the road.

The pharmacy staff is completely inept. They cannot handle more than three customers at a time. If you are fourth in line your wait is 20 minutes! They have no 2nd cashier, although there are two registers. Complete waist of time.

This is the 2nd time that my pictures from this location were messed up somehow. My poster had ink lines on the top of it, and the pic wasnt glued right on my last wooden plaque order. Im not going to this location ever again.

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Dont even try calling them, they will not pick up the phone. Drive through can take up to 30 mins or so and they are simply just rude. Just horrible. Stay away!!
