The Badest Customer Service only from one Girl, the Best thing is that Ignore That Girl The employee Smoke Inside, u can Feel the Smoking Smell. There is one black Girl(Not American African may be Euothopian ) working she is very rude, Her English Is horrible, Never Greet the Customer, Eat on the front desk and always on the phone. The Poor Customer Service i have ever seen in USA . Store Timing Is 9.00 am to 8.00pm but she had her own rule Open at 9.10 am and close at 7.45 pm as she said she have to wrap every thing as she had to get out of Store at 8.00pm. Alot of customer facing problem Coz of Her own RULES The Badest Customer Service only from one Girl, the Best thing is that Ignore That Girl.

I thought the employees were very profesional and knew exactly what they were talking about. They have all the profesional products we look for at a salon at 1/2 the price. I needed a base color for my hair and i also wanted to hightlight. The manager helped me pick out a dark blonde ion and advised me to use Kolidacolors instead of Missclairol bleach because it was less damaging for my hair. I followed her direction and my hair looks better then when i go to a hair dresser. Let me tell you... they know what they are talking about. Thank you Sallys for all your help. i tell my friends and family about you guys all the time. Now i dont have to spend $500-$600 on my hair every month.

A good place to find beauty supplies that are a step above the drugstore stock. They have a good supply if you are interested in doing your own gel nails, including the special lights needed. They have interesting makeup options and very nice sales people who are anxious to help. They took a lot of time making sure I got the best bargains and sales the last time I went. A very nice local source for hair, nail and makeup products.

There is a small brunette girl that gives horrible advice and has no idea what she is talking about. Im not a hairdresser, but even I know she is clueless. You would think corporate wouldnt want the liability of having someone give advice that could cause people to burn all their hair off...

There is a blonde lady who has no idea what she is talking about. Im not a hairdresser, but I know the difference between ammonia and peroxidase. In addition, the whole place smells cigarette. :/
