Staff is terrible, especially a woman named michelle extremely rude and lazy, management allows employees to act this way. One item was in the clearence section that didnt belong there instead of politely correcting us she said " It is not my job to put back items customers misplace" after claiming she is a manager, then Swearing, threatening and yelling at us followed by 2 other employees surrounding us making ignorant comments and making us uncomfortable. I informed the manger I was going to call corporate I was told "TO WATCH MY BACK AND THAT I WILL BE KNOWN AS A RAT" When we tried to get the store ID number over the phone to leave a complaint with corporate I was quickly hung up on and told it is none of my bussiness. one of Employees also seemed to be high on some sort of drugs. Very unprofessional

The management need to be replaced at this store. The workers are rude and lazy. on saturday 7/5/2014 me and my wife were waiting in line along with about 20 other,only one register was open. after repeated call for someone to open the second register one woman spoke out. she only said what was on everyones mind when the manager told her she would not be aloud to make her purchases, and that she needed to leave the store. I will now travel the two hundred yard to dollar general. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

This store was a 5 star until I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and no milk or bread.. Tue.. not a weekend but a Tuesday.. that is m essed up . Take better care of your customers!!! You have some of us, That walk there expecting to find certain simple things. But when they are not there we just cant "run down to the Grocery store and get them". No Car !!! Not in winter.!!!!.

Everytime I go to this store there is an issue. Either they dont have sale items out on the day of the sale or they over charge you and then they cant figure out how to fix their mistakes. Its always a mess and the staff has no idea what theyre doing. Take my advice and take the short ride to the Pelham location.

This store is incredibly ride the store manager was yelling and swaring in the store around my 7 yr old child. No wonder they cant keep employees. She cant keep her composure as a manager. Horrible service.im reporting them to corporate

Bad area, long lines due to under staffing ,waiting in line for 15-20 min every time you just need to grab a couple things is just not OK.. Store is on the dirty side, if you look you can find some hidden gems. Not a bad place.

Replace thus management right now they are so rude and very lazy. The employees fired them. I waited ten minutes in line there was one sales girl. She was with her baby girl feeding it and refuse to serve there customers

Seeing the floor dirty and items, not a clean neat or organized Family Dollar needs more employees to pickup and keep the place clean and easy to help walk through.
