I agree the customer service was poor. The first time I was there the clerk was rude and although my only interaction was at the check out counter he was abrupt and condescending as if I was a thorn in his side. Today I tried again this time a woman stalked me the whole time. At first I was happy to see a friendlier face, but after having her ask if I was still shopping, if I needed help, or if I was ready to check out 7 times in 20 minutes, I have decided this store is not for me. Its a shame because the shoe selections seems pretty good.

Selection in my size is always poor. Wont go their again. New Balance factory outlet at Merrimack Premium Outlets is the place to go when looking for footwear. Top notch staff that really know their stuff and a fantastic selection of all sizes.

My review is for the scrub and medical gear portion of the store, they always have a good variety and I find always some deals such as a rack for 20% off scrubs tops and bottom. My stop always when I need new scrubs or nursing assessories

Nothing but a positive experience for my wife and myself. Greeted once at the door and that was it. Not "hounded" by sales staff as stated by other people. Will go again for sure
