Horrible horrible horrible experience!!!! My husband brought me boots as a surprise and I did not like the style. He goes to get a refund and they dont do refunds. So he swaps it for another pair and they dont have my size. So the sales associate tells him oh they run small. He of course believes her and then there huge on me! He then goes back to the store and they dont have the before my size. Stores is just horrible how do you have barely anything I stock. So much Inconvenience!!! I will never ever walk in this store again!

Should get zero stars customer service sucks and no ones nothing. Dont ever have to return anything because no cash or credit refunds just buy something else or get a check in the mail hopefully. Been waiting a while for this wonderful check and still nothing. Called the store got another number to call also a dead end. Just not worth all the troubles if you dont like your purchase. Only shop here if yoibdef know you want item and it fits and no need to return nothing.

The red Ugg boots that I purchased leaked everywhere and the customer service line took 20 minutes to answer on my second attempt to reach them just for me to be told its a long & tedious process, the walking company staff upsold me a maintenance & care package and I thought for sure my boots were good to go, yet they are destroyed from one use on barely wet ground & walkways... What a waste of time & energy & almost $200
