The level of customer service ( especially from Lauren ) was a 10 plus !!!!!! Lost receipt for a bag that I had purchased 3 weeks prior & a few of rind stones fell off of bag, I called first & she told me to come in & she took the time to find me in system & returned bag & I walked out with another one & that same bag got marked down by 36.00 dollars which she credited my card & off I went . Thank you Lauren for your level of professionalism it didnt go unnoticed..... I will be back over & over again ... It made a big difference to have someone go above & beyond.

I usually have good luck finding stylish options at a good price. Sometimes they dont have my size, but employees are very helpful when it comes to locating products in nearby locations.

DSW is very clean ans organized. Love the large selections of shoes they always have. The down side is that the smallest shoe size for women is 6 in store and very little online.

Good quality shoes at reasonable prices. Clearance section is hit or miss but sometimes a clear winner can be found.
