Ive purchased bikes at 5 shops in Reno. This was the best experience Ive had. Things that set them apart: Knowledge/appropriateness - They know their product lines and customers (meaning proper sizing) very well. They even encouraged me to purchase a cheaper bike because they thought it would fit my needs better. Set-up - The bicycle fitting process was much more comprehensive and therefore time-consuming than Ive experienced elsewhere (despite this being an affordable bike). I am confident that it was done right, and it was free. I will be back.

Knowledgeable and helpful. Judging by the store and selection, this is for people who take bicycles and cycling seriously. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service when I brought my bike in for a rea derailleur repair. They took time to explain the repair to me, and they charged me less than I thought they could have. I will go back.

I had a crank arm that had stripped out pedal threads. They were able to heli coil some new threads in the crank by the next day. Price really reasonable. Every was friendly. Great place!
