PREVIOUS MGR(MELISSA) WAS PROFESSIONAL AND RAN AN EXCELLENT STORE. NEW MGR IS INCOMPETENT AND DELAYED MY LAST (AND FINAL) REFILL FOR ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS AT THIS LOCATION AS I WILL NEVER RETURN. IT WAS DELAYED ALMOST 10 DAYS FOR ORDERING, YET WHEN IT WAS FINALLY FILLED, IT WAS FILLED FOR THE WRONG AMOUNT. WHEN I ASKED WHAT HAD HAPPENED, THE NEW MGR REPLIED "I WASNT REALLY PAYING ATTENTION WHEN I WAS FILLING YOUR PRESCRIPTION". OBVIOUSLY MY JAW DROPPED TO HEAR THIS FROM A PHARMACIST DISPENSING A PRODUCT THAT COULD AFFECT A PERSONS LIFE/HEALTH. I HAVE MOVED TO ANOTHER CVS 5 MILES FROM MY HOME,BUT IT IS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE AS IT IS COMPETENT,SUPER PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY.

Their time estimates are completely wrong. NUMEROUS times I have dropped off a prescription to be told it would ready in 30 minutes. Go back an hour later and they tell me its not ready yet and it would be another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later they tell me another 15 minutes. They also check when dropping the prescription off to see if they have it which they say they do, then when you show up to pick it up they say they only have one of the two (or however many you dropped off) prescriptions in stock and the other one wouldnt be in until the next day. And these are prescriptions for things like eye drops, creams and antibiotics, not pain pills.

another HORRIBLE store in Anthem area the biggest problem in this store - the manager - CHERI - she is EXTREMELY rude & nasty - and makes every experience shopping in this store an unpleasant one it is clear that the employees follow in her footsteps and do not care about being nice, friendly, or helpful to customers - like another bad store in the same plaza - i will drive ANYWHERE else to shop i hope CVS soon recognizes that this store manager NEEDS TO GO this is an affluent area - not the GHETTO or the HOOD - sorry CHERI but you and your attitude DO NOT fit in here at all

Its sad the way this pharmacy is ran. Incompetence rages rampant in this place. Ive had them turn me away stating that my insurance was not accepted even though weve purchased prescriptions from them with the same insurance policy and card before. Im a young guy and cant imagine what older generations have to go through to deal with their weekly or monthly prescriptions. Stay away from this place if you want to keep your sanity!

After somewhat of a shaky start, this pharmacy has evolved into a professional, competent, and customer friendly example of CVS at its best. They listen to their customers, they are considerate of their customers time, and they make certain they answer all questions even if its time consuming. They also accept coupons which is vitally important to many of our locals. Thanks, CVS!

Lie about meds they have/ dont have. I saw the bottle of the meds I needed, they said they didnt have. Why lie???? Very unprofessional.
