Only giving a start because its required. Worst photo service ever. I should have avoided CVS photo based on the fiasco from last years issues. But I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Last year my one hour Christmas card print job turned into a 3 day ordeal involving 3 stores. Something about a printer getting jammed at one store, had to reorder at another, same thing, etc. This year, I decided to order from them again because they offered same day turn around. One hour photo actually. Costco offered to do the cards for a third of the price, but next day. I really wanted to mail the greeting cards same day so I paid more and went with CVS. In retrospect, I should have saved myself some time, money, and hassle and ordered from Costco. My greeting cards were supposed to be done by 1pm. I ordered and paid for my cards online. After checking on the status of the order 3 hours later it was showing as "creating". I called the store and after speaking to two different employees, I was told that their printer was jammed. Ummmmm, what? I put my order in over 3 hours ago, you just now figured out it was jammed? And when were you going to notify me? And darn my luck, same thing 2 years in a row! The store was going to call me back after they fixed the jam. Well 4 hours later, no call. I call the store back again. After being on hold for a while I was told that they dont have the paper to print the greeting cards!!!! I could not be more disappointed in the service I received. And the time I wasted. And myself, really, I should have known better based on my experience from last year. I will never use CVS again for my photo printing needs. And I advice you to not use them either.

Worst cvs ever!!! I was waiting at the "consultation" area for a good 5-10 min and the old lady that was working there couldnt even acknowledge me so I went back to the front to look for someone so I find the manager and let her know and all she could tell me is "Im sorry, one of the techs called off" ok??? And thats my problem how??? So because one of the techs called off that means this old lady working there doesnt need to acknowledge people?? Or let them know that there is no on to help, if I didnt go looking for someone Id still be standing there with my thumb up my ass. Finally when I do get help Im told basically that all the medicine for my symptoms are the exact same and if one didnt work for me that none would work for me. Wtf??? Yall really need to get your stuff together ms manager Jennifer, I have worked for your company before and I was taught to not act the way your store did. I really hope corporate pays attention to these comments and hires people who actually have some customer service skills. Thanks a lot cvs Im now taking my business to Walgreens where they know how to treat their paying customers

This is the worst CVS pharmacy that I have ever visited. They consistently make errors when entering prescriptions from my doctors. For example, they enter the wrong dosage amount and refills available. They also enter the wrong patient date of birth, causing me great difficulty when I attempt to pick up my prescriptions. In one instance I paid for a three-month supply of a medication and they only gave me a one month supply. When I informed them of the error, they said that the doctor only prescribed a one-month supply (which was not true). If that was indeed the case, then why did they charge me $176.00 for a three-month supply? The staff is incompetent and arrogant for no reason. Today, August 8, 2017, I am experiencing a similar episode in which CVS modified the refill for one of my prescriptions amount because they claimed that they committed insurance fraud when the filled it the first time. I have made three trips to this CVS regarding this issue and I still have not gotten my prescription filled for the correct amount.
