This store has no concept of customer service. I feel bad for the other Staples store owners who do care, but at this location you can expect "0" customer service or help. On 3 separate occasions I tried to spend my money there and no one was able to help. In one instance I stopped in on a Monday to buy a computer they had on sale (from the Sunday ad). When a clerk finally helped, she told me they did not have any. I asked if they sold out and she said they never ordered any. Asked when they would have some, she had no clue; really!!!! The 2nd attempt was for a file cabinet. At that time they only had the floor model, none in stock. I told them I really needed one and would they sell me the floor model. The idiot then told me they couldnt sell that; if they sold the floor model, then they could they sale any in the store. When I asked when they would have them, again, no clue. My reply was how can you sale any if you dont stock them??? Obviously the owner of this store does not care or is absent altogether. The 3rd attempt was a call to see if I could reach the manager ( anybody). Guess what, no answer after a very lengthy voice mail. Bottom line, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO anywhere else. Trust me.

On Tuesday I looked at a Dell laptop that was on sale and wanted to buy it. The tech guy informed me that the store was out of stock for this item, but that I should return on Friday/Saturday when their re-supply truck comes in. He assured me that the sale was good for 10 more days. By Friday the shipment had not come in, but another tech guy told me hed call me the following day to advise me whether or not it comes in. He acknowledged the sale price. I did not get the promised call back, but visited the store on Saturday anyway, intending to order the laptop if it was not in yet. It was not in, and the second tech guy advised me that the sale price was off. I left. Im done w/ Staples.

I was not impressed with the service I received in the printing department. I dropped off some door hangers over 2 weeks ago. When I called to see if they were done, they told me they cant even do them their they have to send them off, and my order is just sitting on their table. No one called and let me know what was going on, this is extremely ridiculous, and the lady on the phone did not sound like she knew what she was talking about either.

Poor customer service. I went in to pick up ink for my printer, had an employee help me find it to save time. It was the wrong cartridge, had to call to make sure they had in stock, manager told me they would hold it up front for me... Drove back (80 mile round trip) and no one knew about it. Huge inconvenience; I will shop elsewhere next time.

Its a smaller store. however they do have a good selection and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a specific Bluetooth connect. They didnt have it, but made some other helpful suggestions. Thats a sign of good customer service
