Discount Tires in Liberty is the best!!!! This has to be one of the best businesses out there! When my husband and I parked, there was a gentleman (Zach, I think) that walked out to our car to come to talk with us to find out what was going on. He helped us within a matter of minutes and we didnt even have to go into the store, he said he would have the car ready to go in just under an hour and we could come pick it up. When we came back to pick the car up, we walked into the store and it was so fresh, clean, and welcoming! All of the employees had smiles on their faces and were happy to help. We talked with Tony about the car and they took care of the car for FREE! We couldnt have been more excited... no more leaky tires! Best service.. hands down! Thanks for the amazing experience... it is very much appreciated!

Found a nail in my tire before leaving for work and got to Discount Tire before they opened, but was still greeted and they helped me pick out a new pair of tires (sadly the tire couldnt be repaired). The service was fantastic and the price and warranty were very competitive if not better than any place else. I normally research prices throughly prior to buying tires, but the situation was different this time. I left feeling as though I got a good deal for a higher end tire and will be coming back as soon as I need a tire of any kind for either of our cars.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION... They damaged my bumper, and will not fix it.... They made a claim for me to deal with their claims department in Phoenix ... Never talked to a single person on the phone. The person in charge of my claim called and left me an message to email them pictures of what happened, and I did, and then I got a letter 2 weeks later saying they werent gonna fix it... Now I have to go file a police report, and then get a Lawyer involved if nothing happens then.... SPEND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have used Discount Tire in Liberty ever since they opened that store and the staff are absolutely the friendliest and accommodating. They will price match tires and when Ive needed the tire maintenance on my purchase, they quickly service the tires by rotating them for free. Ive also had tire pressure sensors fail and Discount Tire has never needed an appointment and have replaced them quickly. So all in all, one of the best tire stores that I have ever used and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Wish I could give them 0 stars because thats what they deserve. 8 months ago I brought my car in paying them 120 bucks to put a new tire on because there was a small tear on the inside of my front left tire. Well guess what happened after I got out of basic training and tech school? I got my car back and immediately upon driving it my tire blew... WOW, really? They rotated my tire to the back left and wiped it down. Complete garbage Im really impressed, absolutely no integrity.

Yknow theyre really polite and good with cuatomer service and stuff but did kind of try to kill me by not tightening any of my four tires enough. Could have lost a wheel on the highway with how much it immediately swerved and wobbled, guys :) i had to tighten the wheels and even the brakes after taking my car here. And never ever had that issue before with my vw.

I havent had many complaints about discount tire until today. Wouldnt balance my tires (lifetime free balancing) because they said there wasnt enough tread on them (There is plenty of tread left). Tried to sell me two tires for $500. Found them for $100 cheaper at a competitor. Debating if I will be going back.

I had a slow leak in my front, right tire and made an appt for the following morning. They had my tire fixed in less than 30 minutes and didnt charge anything since my husband bought his tires here for his truck. Excellent customer service!! Will highly recommend to everyone I can. Thank you!!

Went in for a tire rotation and balancing, the attendent informed me that it was better to leave my tires where they are due to some cupping. Thanks for putting professionalism over sales. Ill be sure to purchase my next tires here when the time comes.

Didnt have an appointment but needed a new rim. They tried to fix my old one and when that didnt work they got me a new one quickly and had me back on the road before I knew it, all while still helping a bunch of other people, GREAT PLACE!!!!
