I went in today to get a cover up on something Ive wanted to get rid of a long time now and I have been waiting. Darren did my tattoo at the same time my boyfriend was going to get worked on as well. He did a fantastic job. I see no resemblance to the old tattoo and they were all funny and inviting and made us feel like friends even tho this was my first time. It was clean, colorful and inviting. I was there for 4 hrs and the phone rang a few times and everyone was working on their customers. When someone was free they tried to call back to help them and got a bad review for not answering the phone. What people dont realize, is that these tattoo artists are dedicated in their art. They were dedicated to the people they were working on at that time. I felt like I was the most important person and I thank them for that. As I am sure the other people do too. Everyone there did a great job and I will be back for my next one. And I have already shown Darren work to my mom and sister. I will recommend them. 5 stars...

I went in to get my lip pierced and had an amazing experience. Phil is an excellent piercer. It took him about a minute from start to finish. I barely felt it and was surprised how quick it was. Everyone there is very welcoming. Im an amputee and Phil put a tattoo sticker on my prosthetic leg, giving me my first tattoo. ;) Then Jeremy Latta, the owner, offered to tat up my my prosthetic leg. As soon as I get my new prosthetic, Ill be back in for him to do so. I had a very kick ass experience and now I wont go anywhere else for any of my piercing or tattoo needs. Very laid back atmosphere. Big thank you to all of you for making me feel special! Big thumbs up!!! (Picture in comments)

As an 18 year old female, going into the shop, which is run all by men, was intimidating, but my tattoo is exactly what I wanted. However, since it is just a simple black line tattoo, I cant comment on artistry. The guy who did my tattoo, Chris, is not listed on their website, so Im guessing hes an apprentice, which I feel like they should have told me before getting the tattoo done. The only real issue I had was he sat me down in a folding, card-table sort of chair, not a professional tattoo chair, even though there was one right there. I would give the shop three stars and my tattoo five, averaging to four. I will likely return.

Place is clean, well kept, and decorated like a Tattoo shop should be. Im 49 years old, and I decided to get my wifes 1st initial Tattooed on my ring finger. Owner gave my to the shop apprentice, who showed me his portfolio and the stencil he wanted to use. I liked it and told him to proceed. It turned out bad, real bad. Doesnt look like the stencil I was shown. So now Im soaking it in hot water, wrapping it up with Neosporine, and using facial scrub to try and remove or fade this tattoo enough so another artist can try and fix it.

Worst experience in a piercing/tattoo parlor Ive ever had. I went in to get help switching out my nose ring. The lady was extremely rude. She broke my jewelry and then proceeded to tell my the gauges on my two pieces of jewelry didnt match up so she would need to stretch my hole. Ive been switching between those two pieces for years. She did it anyway after being extremely rude about it when I asked. She broke my jewelry, didnt even put the same kind I had back in and traumatized my nose and was extremely rude the entire process.

Dont believe the crap that Mojo Rizen is saying on the other review here... If you look at their google plus page, their recent posts are just bashing on several local shops, including a Nissan dealership and a Doctors Office. I guess Mojo is just one of those people.... However, Jeremy does the best tattoos in the city, as far as Im concerned. He is more than willing to do a custom tattoo and always listens to customer input. Some of the best portrait work I have seen in the city, and did I mention their badass website???!

Just went and got my first tattoo today! I am an 18 yr old male! Kinda scared I got a tattoo kinda big upper arm. Andy did my tattoo and he did amazing!! The tattoo came out better than I could imagine! The guys were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone! Awesome place!

Jeremy is the ABSOLUTE best artist in KC I have been going to him for 8yrs He has corrected bad work I received elsewhere and made amazing artwork!! You cant get in right away.. which is why its worth the wait. He is very sought after. You will not be disappointed
