A couple of months ago. I watched as the manager cussed a girl out over a defective phone charger she was trying to exchange. I watched as the manager cussed her out. Called her names and said "get the f out of here" she turned and looked at me. Im thinking well they do have a no refund policy. Fast forward to today I accidentally bought some big beautiful hair in a 4 and needed a two. I took it back to get a 2. This same man went off on me. I let him know he is unprofessional and rude to people and I will never spend a dime in here ever again and I will let everyone I know not to either. When your used to being disrespectful to everyone you will lose the ones who supported you. NEVER AGAIN.

Manager PURPOSELY gave me the wrong wig style because the color i requested was not available. When I called to rectified the issue and spoke with the "manager" that did this terrible act necilantly admitted to knowingly giving me the wrong style. When I asked to speak with the owner he was extremely rude ONLY offering to exchange or refunding ONLY 80% of my purchase price...Even though their close sign is posted close at 6pm he claimed Id have to make it there by 5:40 before the alarm triggers. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location and they CAN NOT and WILL NOT spend another dime at this location for THIS experience. BUYER BEWARE

Been loving this store for about 5 years. Since I moved to kc . I was short and asked could I just come back , the lady said I trust you. I was short 50 dollars. I left and came back right before they closed . The lady said its still some honest people in this world. Love the people that own the store . Jay hella cool, his Dad is so sweet, the ladies the work there are awesome. Every Time I come I get a discount. You know they like you when they let you use they bathroom. ❤❤

This is my favorite, go-to beauty supply store. They have a large variety of everything, and always have the latest hair varieties and cosmetics. Very friendly and helpful staff!
