I was just there and there was a sign on the door that said be back in 10 mins. an hour later the girl shows back up and another employee that was called in bc the orginal girl wasnt there. Then as we entered the store, and 5 or so people walked in after me the customers had to listen to how bad of a day she was having and she is about to walk out as she was telling the other employee. That wasnt the only experience i had...the saturday before i bought dye for my hair needless to say it had a tint of orange in it. so i went back sunday at about 2:50 to get toner. the girl that was working said they were closing at 3 (when they are not suppose to close till 6) and she locked the door. I asked her if she knew about toner she said yes and showed me which toner to use. went home used it and it didnt work. so i went back monday and there were 3 or 4 employees working and i asked again about the toner i was directed to a lady that knew all about hair coloring, told her my situation and what toner the girl directed me to use and she rolled her eyes in frustration and said she should of told you to use the wella t15. GREAT! the lady said at this point there is nothing i could do except go to the salon and have it fixed, wait for it to grow out, or use the purple shampoo called blonde and it would lighten it but tone it down. SO i opted for the blonde and it dosent look terrible but its the fact. Needless to say i will go the extra mile and go someplace else to shop. Please do not shop here. Its full of people who do not know what they are talking about, rude and very ghetto.

The girl that was the only associate on the floor, seemed new and knew nothing but the basics. She was unable to answer all her questions and kept having to go into the office asking the other associate that wouldnt come out and help the poor girl for anything. She was trying her best, but was overwhelmed with a busy store, and questions that she couldnt answer. HORRIBLE store manager!! A few days later I called asking for information about an exchange, and the customer service skills where worse than when we went in. I will not be going to this store ever again!!

Very small store it is hard to shop because there is no room to bend down and shop they are one person isles it is frustrating having to wait your turn for the same products there is no in and out and if you have to ask a question you have to stand in line for help. This is ridiculous the whole mess I love this store why cant we fix the rest?

Terrible service. The employee, the only employee at the store at the time accused me of stealing after I re-entered the store, trying to ask a question, she then gave me a lectured about not being respectful to her. This happened at the Sally Beauty Supply on Chouteau Trafficway.

The staff has no clue what products you need..we went there after using oops to re color my hair and the young girl there had no clue what we were talking bout!! Finally another lady came n she told use the wrong thing...think god my aunt knows her stuff....

Nobody at this store knows anything about hair, or how to help the customer find what they need, Employees are not familiar with the products and are completely lost. It took me 30 minutes to complete one purchase transaction for only 2 items,

Very good place to find all your cosmetic needs without breaking the bank. Very clean and organized.The associates left a little to be desired. It would have been more positive with self-checkout like Walmart.
