The store did not return my note of concern in regards to the residential delivery time. Therefore, I decided to call to confirm. I was told by the store clerk that the delivery time I specified of 5:30pm - 7:30pm was too late for a delivery although the policy stated for residential deliveries during holidays deliveries could last as late as 9pm. I asked the store clerk when exactly is there window of time and she mentioned between 10:30am - 3:00 pm. I changed the address and let her know I would be calling in regards to this lack of service. While on the phone with customer service I was notified that the original store transferred my order without any notification via phone call or email. The customer service agent was confused as well so he made a phone call. He let me know the store could not handle the delivery at which time I cancelled because now I am concerned if my edible arrangement would be sabotaged due to them deciding not to follow the specified policies. Very sad!!!

Horrible experience. Management is disorganized and staff was condescending and rude when I came back to pick up my corrected order (one day late). Staff are also disheveled and appear to have just been gardening or at cheer practice. Perhaps in addition to customer service training and attention to detail classes, they should invest in a uniform or at least a hairnet. Will not be back. What a shame, as we place bulk company orders.
