I went there looking for an Xbox one controller found a small bow for my son and bought it. Left my phone on the counter by accident when me and my son left . They picked it up and put it on the back counter. Returned approximately in half hour later ask the girl behind the counter did you see my phone she said Oh yes and when she reached for it was gone. The other co worker said she took it out to the parking lot and asked a gentleman If it was his without knowing it really was he said yes and she handed it to him without verifying it. Now I know its my fault for leaving my phone somewhere but once the coworker realize she had made a mistake Ive never seen someone so not give a s*** in my entire life after telling me twice that there was nothing they could do without really ever saying sorry I called the police as I got off the phone with the police the girl who made the mistake walked up to me and insisted there was nothing they could do very rudely without any remorse. Accepting the gut punch of them making the mistake in the first place was hard enough but to add insult to injury and sit there mean mugging me the whole time Im waiting for the police to show up wow. Extreme pawn has come to st louis. The only difference is the thug ass hoosiers are on the opposite side of the counter. Making a mistake its fine everybody makes mistake but these people do not give a s*** when they make a mistake so do yourself a favor and seek business elsewhere hopefully somewhere where someone actually cares whats going on in the stores. The really sad part is the supperviser Was there and never came out to talk to me personally he just hid in the back never approached me to say sorry or anything so the incompitance runs much higher than just the incompitance of the employees. Rest assured nobody there cares about customers what so ever. Im still trying to figure out what that guy was supurvising. GOOD LUCK FIRST CASH U SUCK

Have had okay dealings in the past however this experience has been one less than welcoming. I called the shop twice before bringing in my TV. I had asked the lady who answered if someone would be able to assist me in carrying it as well as informing them that I wasnt sure where the remote was. Ever since I stepped foot inside the building the Assistant Manager, Ron, has been short with me and flat out rude in some instances when Ive tried to talk with him. He insulted me by saying he wasnt sure who would have told me that on the phone, was passive aggressive when testing the tv saying how much easier it would be with a remote, and kept telling me he couldnt answer questions for me when it was my tv. Overall, not an enjoyable experience and likely my last visit.

Ron the guy that is manager there or something who knows who is what at this establishment he is very rude and unfriendly as a matter of fact everyone at this store is very unprofessional and does not deserve a job anywhere in retail, customer service not even McDonalds!!! Wait I forgot to mention a bigger colored guy named Brandon whos nickname is big B is actually very nice and professional he is the only person there that deserves to work in customer service and you can tell he is embarrassed of having to offer what Ron tells him to offer cause it is way below any price that is even close to what it should be worth pawned for a loan so I do not recommend going there for any reason other than being treated like dirt

I dont know why so many folks have bad reviews on this business. Mabe its a timing thing. The times I have gone were good experiences. We might not get the amount we want for an item however thats how it goes with pawn shops. The folks there now are respectful and professional. I dont know any of them personal however I feel welcomed when I walk through the door.

Theyve worked with me a couple of times when I missed due dates, etc. Ron and the rest have always been decent to say the least.. I mean, its a pawn shop. If youre hocking something, its generally because youre not in a good way. This makes it easy to feel taken advantage of. These guys have never made me feel embarrassed, pressured, or ripped off.

Tried to sell 2 of my instruments to them. Clarinet that is bought new at $250 and a flute that is bought new at $100. They priced me at $15 for my clarinet and $10 for my flute. Trying to rip me off but had the same clarinet on the floor for $100.

One of the worst businesses Ive ever dealt with. Zero customer service skills and ridiculously bad About giving a fair amount for a product. The employees dont even acknowledge U but instead talk amongst themselves. Wow
