Waited patiently during a busy time, no biggie. My turn came and people were allowed to just cut right in front of me. No organization, no line, no take a number, nothing. Stood there for ten minutes with obvious things in hand to sell and not one out of at least 5 employees even said hello. There were several registers, but once a transaction was finished, the employee would leave the register and disappear, again. Terrible customer service, at least say hi and respect some sort of line.

The manager said he stands by all his product my i didnt try to start the weed eater up i should have but the manager said that the gas n it been sitting 4 about 3 mouth an he recommended i put new gas an oil mix n before starting it so thought yesh gud idea so the next day i go 2 do wat he recommended an it wouldnt start but he did give a deal now i c y

I have sold them several items over the past few months and they have been amazing. Was only hoping to get 60 dollars for one item and they seriously told me they would give me 120 for it if i wanted. Never been to a pawn shop that did something like that. Amazing place! And very honest.

I went to several pawn shops and was told the max given would be $160 for one item and $100 for the other item, I went to Cash America and they asked me what I wanted. I only pawned one item for $325.00
