They treated my dad with disrespect. He purchased some power tools from the Vicksburg MS location. When he got home with the tools and started to use them, the saw was having problems, so he took it back, they replaced it with a different one, and when he got the second one home to use it, that saw wouldnt lock the blade into place, so he took it back to show them what the problem with it was, they informed my dad that he didnt know how to operate the tools and that he was burning the saws up and the guy told my dad that he was not going to sell my dad any more tools. My dad is 83 years old and still works everyday. He is very capable of operating power tools. The little red headed boy behind the counter obviously missed his mothers lesson on how to treat your elders with respect. My dad is the most honest man Ive ever known, and for them to treat him as if he was trying to cheat USA Pawn, was a slap in the face. The point is, if USA Pawn would have inspected the tools, they would have known they sold my dad pieces of crap tools.. I will strongly suggest for anyone to take business elsewhere cause they are rude and disrepectful..

I went to see about a flat screen TV and the cheapest they had was $350 for a 32 in. And they dont even let you cut them on to see if you like the picture and if everything is working on it even though they did say I could bring it back and trade for another if anything was wrong with it!!! That was just a bit much to me for a used TV with no warranty except for a trade on another used TV so I went to Walmart and got 48 in. Smart TV that has a 15 day walmart warranty and a year factory warranty and paid very little for an extended warranty for $425!!!
