Wish I could give "NEGATIVE RATING", BAD AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE GO TO OTHER LOCATION, I had an appointment at 10:00am for hair, which was my off day from work with "LAUREN" (she is the best, according to the store agent) who badly need customer service classes, I book her up for my hair highlights, and wanted to use the coupon which I had it , only for FIRST TIME CLIENT, she told me her rates are higher ...and she told me this when IM THERE on my appointment day , and I DIDNT WANTED THIS TO BE HAPPEN TO ME SO I already insisted to get a hair dresser over the phone so I can discuss the rate apart from having the coupon when I call a to make an appointment over on the phone, THEY TOLD ME THE COUPON WILL BE ACCEPTED AND ILL GET THAT RATE....... so finally, that all turn out to be a FAKE and I didnt get what I wanted, even after having an appointment, nothing to make a first time customer HAPPY.....she wanted to book me with lower rated hair dresser KAHLY or KAYLE, .......I am like seriously...!!!!!!!!.You have no value of my time.....I make an appointment and spare myself 3 hour so I can get my hair done.......and theyll do nothing just because they are over-rated hair dresser, so why should I go to the store who doesnt value my "TIME".....????...so overall, bad experience as FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.....wish I could have believe the other review , NEVER COMING BACK........not even for makeup shopping as well.....bad customer service.

This happened a while ago (probably a few months) but since I continually think back on the aweful experience I decided to write a review. I was at the shopping center with my grandmother relatively early as I needed to runs few errands and having passed Ulta and being in need of lipstick I decided to stop in. The lights were on and the door was unlocked and workers were behind the counter. I walked in and started searching. As soon as I stepped through the door the lady behind the counter Rudely yeld across the store "can we help you!" To which I thought she meant to find something and I responded (kindly I may add) "well Im looking for-" I was cut off and she quite rudely proceeded to tell me that they were closed and that I needed to leave. I nodded awkwardly as she proceeded to escort me out yelling at me. My poor grandmother cannot hear well at all barely speaks English and has severe social anxiety so she didnt understand what was going on. the lady didnt seem to notice let alone care as she continuously yeld at her to leave. I grabbed my grandmother by the arm and left. Worst expirience ever! Normally they will keep the door LOCKED when they are closed! Not to mention I looked it up and the place opened in less than FIVE MIN!! Never going back to that store again.

If you can avoid this Ulta and visit a different one in the St. Louis area, do it. Today I walked into the store looking for a few specific things and on a tight schedule. One woman asked me if I was looking for anything, and I responded with "yes, could you point me towards Anastasia?" She responded of course, and instead lead me to the Benefit counter where she proceeded to try and sell me their new brow pencil. I told her I did not care for it, to which she responded "why? Let me just show you" and then rather forcibly had me sit down, removed my eyebrow makeup, and even went so far as to tell me everything I was doing wrong with my makeup in a 10 minute period of time. Not only that, she rudely pestered my friend who was with me about why she didnt wear makeup, and even implied that she needed it. When she was done, I asked again where Anastasia was, and she only lamely pointed in a vague direction. When I found it - by myself - they were out of stock on the shelf and the previous woman refused to even look in the back for another, something I have asked for on several previous occasions without a problem. VERY dissapointed with this Ulta and their rude employees.

I went this ulta for the first time yesterday evening 11/18/15 only because the other 3 ulta stores close to me were out of a product that I wanted. I drove 35mins to this ulta store. I walked in, no one and I mean no one that worked in this store said hello to mean no one asked me if I need help. Yes I am a black female, I walked around the entire store seeing if this store had anything different that I might like. NO ONE Acknowledged me like I was in visible. I went to go check out the cashier lady didnt even ask me if I had a ulta rewards card. I never had any issues with the 3 ulta stores close to home, they always acknowledge there customers no matter what race. Other than that the store was clean.

This is the worst ULTA. Dont waste your time with this location as it is not up to par with the other ULTA stores in the Saint Louis/Illinois area. Aside from the unhelpful staff pushing their mediocre roller lash mascara, the store is dirty, unorganized, and rarely stocked. I cant count the amount of times I have had to go somewhere else to get product because this location was out of stock. Each time an item was out of stock the staff would tell me to try the Brentwood or Manchester locations to get the items I need... Why would I do that when I can drive 5 minutes to Sephora? ULTA has lost a loyal customer and Sephora has gained a new one.

I had a horrible experience yesterday 12/21/15 it was my first time going to this store my sister came in from Texas and so we decided to go right away walking in to this place it was dirty and alot of things were out of place and all the mirror station that have the makeup removers and tissue and pad to remove makeup, were dirty and none of the stations had makeup remover or pads only tissue and to top that off one of the girl that work there was really unprofessional my sister was bent down looking at a product and she bumped into her and she almost went fell into the display it was horrible experience there.

I wish I could post no stars at all! I walked in no one helped me. They were the smallest ulta I have ever been to. Didnt have have of the stuff I needed or wanted. Their prestige section is a joke. I should have just gone to Walmart for the two items I actually found there. Also, I waited in line for like 20 or 30 minutes.... there were only 3 or 4 people in front of me. When the girl asked if I found everything, I told her not really and she asked if I needed help finding something. I told her no because you guys dont carry the items I need. I found the section.... it is tiny.

I am a regular customer at ULTA, I have been for many years. Ive purchased thousands of dollars worth of beauty products from ULTA, however I had never had my eyebrows done at ULTA before four days ago. With that said- I made the unfortunate decision to have my eyebrows waxed at this location and the person did a horrendous job. Management has chosen to put the wrong person in this position. This is not the young ladys area of expertise. I will never trust ULTAs personnel to to do my eyebrows ever again. Needless to say I am disgusted with the outcome.
