We ordered wedding flowers. They did not look anything like the photos of what we ordered. The bouquets were not round and wide, but looked like they were arranged for a vase. The arrangement had a front and a back (looked better and fuller on one side than the other-not like the photo) Someone in the wedding party had to bring the flowers back to the florist at 9 AM on the day of the wedding (the wedding was at 11 AM). The corsage and boutonnieres were missing the proper greenery. The bridal and bridesmaid bouquets were horrible. I have posted a photo of what I ordered which I added additional roses to. I have posted a photo of what it looked like, including the stems, which were cut uneven and not wrapped anything like the photo. They did rearrange the bouquets and wrapped the stems and fix the other items in time for the wedding. The bouquets still did not come close to resembling the photo. Unfortunately, no one called me to apologize or offer a discount for these problems. I would not recommend this florist for weddings.

I was in yesterday around 4:59pm right before they were closing. I didnt want to go in and be a jerk so I pulled out of the parking lot. I called just to make sure and spoke to Jill. She told me that it was fine if I came back. My flowers were for a funeral and I was so happy that she was willing to help me even though the store was closed. I took about 15 minutes to pick something out. The prices are reasonable and they rise according to the arrangement. The displays that they have are nice and they have a wide variety of fresh flowers along with just the fake one.I would recommend anyone that lives in the Arnold area to do business with this Florist.

I called today to place an order for this Sunday, Valentines Day. I dont get off until 3 that day, which is the time they will be closing. When I told the very nice lady I spoke with over the phone that I would not be able to make it before 3, she told me that she will personally deliver the flowers to my work on her way home for no extra charge. This is the definition of going above and beyond for your customers. I will never buy flowers from another florist again. 5 out 5 would recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Arnold Florist. I was from out of town and ordered flowers for my mothers internment at Jefferson Barracks. I worked with Tina, she did an excellent job; I told her what I wanted and did a perfect job with compassion. All of the work took place over the Thanksgiving holidays, Arnolds Florist made it a priority. Quality and costumer service are hard to find now a days but not with Arnolds Florist.
