I didnt want to give any stars, but since I had to do that so I could do a review I only gave one. Today at Walgreens was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced!! First I stood at the pharmacy for about 5 minutes before I was even assisted. And then someone comes to help me, who obviously had no idea what she was doing. So I drop my prescriptions(2) off and gave my updated information. I was told 30-45 minutes. So after an hour I return to Walgreens drive thru, only to find out that neither one had been filled and they did not have the other one. No one bothered to call and inform me of anything. Then I asked for my prescriptions back and the lady kept telling me she just got there and then she hung up on me and walked away. So I go inside the store to speak with a manager and no one help me understand why my son had to wait now 2 hours to receive his medication. Yes I went right across the highway to CVS where I received excellent customer service!
