My daughter and I went to Sallys last evening 02/10/15. I have shopped there for over 17 years. When I got in there my daughter whom is Bi-Racial, person of color was followed through the store as well as myself by a sales person by the name of Katy, an older woman with colored blonde hair. I was so upset, as long as I have been coming there I have absolutely NEVER EVER been followed around the store like I am a thief. I was furious, she claims that she follows EVERY ONE. So I would just like to post that, that was a complete racial profiling experience that she was definitely informed of not only that they have lost a long time customer. I will never ever go back there after being treated as such. To make matters worse my daughter has Autism, which pissed me off even further. My daughter completely does NOT understand racial profiling, being followed around a store etc. Completely inappropriate unless there was some reason to suspect we were shop lifting. Sallys I am really really disappointed in you.

Sally has what you need, if youre looking for hair dye, make-up, or many other things you might not expect. The prices are great: the only reason they get four stars, not five, is their staff is not terribly friendly.
