TARGETS DISLOYALTY TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER NO ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE STORE MANAGER AT TARGET. They IGNORED getting video footage to the police relating to a hit-and-run of my car. They didnt return multiple calls/requests from the police or me (calls stressing the need for a timely response). When I did talk to someone, it was never the store manager (her name is Mandee, but the way, and you cant count on her to take the time to acknowledge your existence despite all the hard-earned dollars you spend there-- youre just a shopper)-- she wouldnt return my or the police departments calls. You cant get a full name of the manager, nor her direct number, nor her email. Now their loss control people tell me the footage is no longer available after over two weeks of trying to get it...not available? Theyll take your tens of thousands of dollars per year with a smile at point-of-sale, but wont help you at all and in a TIMELY manner when your car is hit while your inside bolstering their profits. Many CEOs are in tune with the customer, but, apparently, Target Store managers wont dignify the customer with service nor a call to help. Their lack of responsiveness or even caring cost us a lot of time, frustration, and the ability to catch someone who hit the car (a criminal violation of the law per the police). I AM CUTTING UP MY RED CARD.

Really nice Super Target, a great one place stop for everything, especially since they added the Wine/Beer/Liquor section. What took me 3 separate stops for errands before is now one. I still tend to do my "big" grocery shopping at another grocery store, but I find that I usually stop here once a week for those items that I run out and for normal household goods that I normally buy from Target. It gets a little busy in the weekend afternoons, but generally easy to get in and out of.

cashier was extremely rude to me while checking out. she never said hi, didnt give me eye contact, and throughout the time she checked out my items, she would reach for her cell and reply to messages. Because of her poor manners, it took more time for me to get home. please ensure all employees do not have their cell phones on, and training her or replacing her with someone else in customer service training would be helpful to the general public.

Definitely the best Target in the area. FAR cleaner and better stocked than the Fridley one and less busy and friendlier employees than the Roseville one. Vadnais Heights and Northtown dont count because theyre not Super Targets. This place has everything youll ever need except for hardware and automotive stuff. And the staff is always friendly and helpful. Minute clinic is regularly used by us and the pharmacy is always quick.

Always the worst customer service. Everytime I check out at self check out there is an issue with the scan coupons that the deli gives me. And the machine always ends up breaking down and wont give a receipt or the change or it will just freeze. And then on top of that, there is never ever a person there to help. I always have to go seek out an employee. It is so inconvenient.

This was my first experience using online shopping which was delivered to the store. My original order said I could pick it up on June 21st. I got 3 emails that first said its in then said if I dont pick it up today itll be put back. Then I got the runaround in the store of calling all the different areas and having me search for my order. Not doing that again.

Glad i didnt get hire here one of the coustomer servie people in guess serivced was kept on looking at me as i waited to speak with an manager. Not only that. I was asked in span of five min by the same clerck what are you here for? He was white and I am not. I wont be shopinging here or recommending any of my friends to do so eithrrm

This is my local target, and I visit this specific one because of the excellent customer service, friendly staff, cleanliness of the shop, and availability of products. I havent been as lucky at some other targets, but I have never had a bad experience at this one regardless of the time I visit. Highly recommend!

Ill admit, I hate it when *my* stores remodel. This Target went and did it again - granted, for the addition of a full liquor store, Ill allow it, but it still rankles. I had a great mental map going of where everything was, and now I find myself wandering around far longer than I should for a quick trip.

This is my go to store for all those random needs that come up in a week. Customer service has always been great...but do check receipts as I have often thought I was getting a discount but it didnt show up. Customer service is usually happy to help and sometimes apply the discount afterwards.

Great selection of groceries, home items, clothing, and other goods. No surprise that prices are an attraction. Sometimes a bit overwhelmed at checkout - today I had to wait in line for self-checkout. But I am pleased with the array of goods. Sufficient parking, which is a Target hallmark.

It is a pretty average super target. Well kept and good staff. Disclaimer for target will always be that the groceries section has a low selection and higher price than most places. However, the pharmacy and all of the other sections of the store have a good selection.

Amazing customer service, friendly employees. They also have good prices and price match any price from a reputable source at the service desk which they can lookup for you. In addition, the red cards are an amazing deal offering 5 percent off any item from Target

Dont drop acid in this target or go into this target previous to dropping acid. 10/10 a bad place to trip balls. They even tried to kick me out of the grocery section cause its not acceptable to throw watermelons. I repeat, do not trip balls in this target.

The clearance section is amazing at this location! Its a larger store so they have more of everything, which leads to fabulous clearance finds! Make sure you have time to sort though clearance if there is something in particular you are looking for.

horrible experience. couldnt return defective item even with receipt.was told to call manufacturer for returns. seriously then why have a return policy if you have to go deal with manufacturer. target is deceitful with their return policy.

Clean store, nice selection, friendly employees. The only reason it gets a 4 (for now) is that they never seem to have enough people manning the checkout lanes during busy weekends (when there are plenty of vacant lanes available).

Customers experience a little dull by the way target employees do not engage with customers even when they clearly see you going in circles around an aisle looking for the products they are at times working in to the shelfs.

If youre in Shoreview, this is a good place to shop. Located "thriving" part of town. Next to Trader Joes and nearby Cub foods if youre a selective shopper. Get froyo across the street at Pop Yogurt after shopping is done.

The location is great, the store is right off 694. The store is usually stocked well and clean, it also has plenty of parking. The only downside I can think of is that traffic around the store can be pretty heavy at times.
