I absolutely LOVE this holiday. I have had nothing but wonderful customer service here. I typically go to this Holiday in the morning before I have to work, and I see the same employees. I am always treated with a smile and a hello. I receive the most outstanding customer service from the morning manager. I am not sure of his name, but he is an older gentleman and he always goes above and beyond with anything I need or ask. I like to go to Holiday specially for their chai tea. One morning, I went over to the coffee area, and there was no chai. This was starting my morning out poorly, because I was looking forward to it. I didnt need gas that day, I stopped in ONLY for the chai. I went up to the counter and asked if they still have some, wondering if it would be coming back at some point. The manager said that it was replaced with some black cherry drink. I said oh, and was about to walk out. He said wait a minute, I think I have some in back. He went to the back and took a package of the tea mix, brought me over to the station, and advised that I fill my cup with hot water and he would pour some of the mix in my cup. He said he would pour as much as I wanted. Once my drink was just the way I like it, he said that he would keep this bag behind the counter and whenever I wanted chai tea, that he would have it right there for me. This was such a small act that gave me a wonderful impression of this store. I can see why he is the manager. This small act made my entire week. His employees should look up to him, and follow in his foot steps. This was the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend stopping by this Holiday in the morning and saying hello to the wonderful manager!

The manager Becky or Betsy was rude and condescending. The other staff was clueless and lazy. It was quite busy in the store (Tuesday night around 930, June 21, 2016) and the staff seemed to care less about providing fast and efficient service. Customer service seemed to be an inconvenience. I expect better from the Erickson family.

Terrible service. Car wash sign says its open. Screen says closed. Attendant inside argued with me that it should be open. Person behind me told him he just tried to use it and its closed. Requested a refund but theres nobody there who can do it.

This station is hard to get to from the south, west, and east. The left turn across traffic is brutal. Then you get to use the slowest gas pumps on earth. Twice as long to fill your tank as you would expect. Its clean.

ALERT, weights-and-measures found them to be 4 gallons off on EVERY pump! April 2012. If you like paying extra I guess go here.
