Awesome customer service, as always. Our business owns three phones. We talked to Cody last night when we went in to replace one of them. Cody asked why we wanted to replace it and we described problems that we were having with it. He could have sold us a new phone but said that the issues sounded like a SIM card that was going bad. He replaced the SIM card and transferred everything to it for free. We kept our phone and the issues are fixed. I know AT&T didnt make any money off our visit, but they gave us one more reason to NEVER switch. We will continue to be loyal customers.

Things were okay in the store when I switched to AT&T and went in to purchase a new phone. I found out the next day, that the Customer service rep failed to transfer my contacts from my old phone/sim card. ~90% of my contacts had only emails and didnt include the phone number. Basically, I couldnt use my phone as a phone. Plus, I requested my contacts be order by first name. He organized them by last name. And when I called the store for help they told me to transfer them by hand. BY HAND. No apologies. No sympathy.

Worst customer service Ive received from anywhere in quite awhile. Why have someone chipper great you at the door, ask your name, say that someone will be "right with you" and then let you sit there for 15 minutes (or more..... I left)? Id rather someone be honest and say theyre really busy (short staffed?) and it will be a little while. Had that happened I would have just gone and done other errands and come back later. As it was, I didnt return at all.

Today my girlfriend and I went into the ATT sotre with a fairly complicated mission involving switching and buying phones - Ill spare you the details. What I wanted to say is that we were helped by a gentleman named Charlie. It was the best customer service Ive received in a long time, possibly ever. The perfect mix of friendly, helpful, and patient. Thanks Charlie, James

At&t might have the worst customer service of any of the big cellular companies. Dont be fooled into one of their "Switch to At&t deals". They cut my service off over a billing discrepancy! I went into this store to discuss this with the guy who sold me the plan and he was dumbfounded by my request for him to help solve the problem! Stay clear.

My son came in with a problem he had switching phones the lady said well the phone is broken then and dismissed him . 4minutes with customer service on the phone the switch is successful so no the phone wasnt broke either you do not know what your talking about or if you cant make a commission you dont care .

The woman I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful. The store wasnt busy at all when I was there, got my issues taken care of right away, and was out before I knew it.
