Have been loyal customer since i can remember about 18 years and the last 8 years have been terrible. Terrible products, terrible customer service, seems as if prices change every time i go. When you finally do find a good product, they never have it in stock including e cig juice! Come on guys are you kidding me. Its always something! Used to love going there but now its not even worth the 1 star i had to give it.

Im with the others about off-putting customer service. I drove about 20 miles to get pods for my JUUL vapor only to find out that NOPE they dont actually ever have any in stock, even though they are listed on the JUULs website as a local retailer. Their prices are far steeper than the online price also. The person working there was beyond "indifferent" and could not be bothered.

Lola Break HEARTS

I really like the stafg and management of both this store and thier savage location. I have been going to them for years and they have good prices and are very knowledgeable. Today the stafg was very helpful and offered to show me how to build my coil and made me some e juice that i had gottwn the wrong pg/vg mix. They are really nice and helpful. And have tons of flavors.

Pleasant staff, good selection. Theyve recently expanded their store, which means theyre either very popular or royally screwing people with their prices. Since the prices seem to be in line with or slightly lower than other tobacco shops in the area, it must be a reflection on their popularity. And one doesnt gain popularity if theyre not giving good guest service.

DO NOT SHOP THERE! They over charged me by $50 once I left the store. They have blown me off for weeks and I had to resort to calling the police to file a report. Stay FAR FAR AWAY.

Great selection and nice staff. They carry alot of stuff buy I love the Golden Valley roll your own full flavor tobacco and ff tubes. Better than a regular cigarette so smooth.

Some staff are better than others its very hit and miss everytime customer service wise. Prices are significantly higher than other places especially with vape equipment.

Staff not super friendly with vape things unless you get the nice lady with the brightly colorful hair. Otherwise you are in your own to figure out what they have.
