My wife purchased a vape that was out of our price range. I immediately attempted to correct the mistake and gave them a phone call when she got home, not 15 minutes after the transaction was made. Their policy is no returns and I get they need to protect themselves when dealing in fragile items but were talking about an unsealed box that would be back in their possession 30 minutes after leaving the store. I was hoping to exchange it for a cheaper model. Im not looking to leave them out to dry but there was no attempt to come to a solution both parties could be happy with, just quotations of the policy. Youd think youd get better/more personalized service when dealing locally but this was no where to be found at The Looking Glass.
