Will not take returns. Poor customer service Had a faulty ecig kit and since taking it home and trying it to find out it didnt work I had wanted to get a different device. Went to the store and they would not take returns, pointed to a very small sign on the counter indicating "all sales are final". Girl behind the counter gestured to it and pretended to absolve herself of all responsibility for a broken/non-functional product she sold me last week. BTW, still waiting for my other product to show up at the store. They are pretty bad at inventory and keeping stock. Was promised to be called when they get it....its been three weeks Please save your money and go elsewhere, you have been warned!

Purchased a subox mini kit from this location. The person that helped me originally was knowledgeable. Then I started having leaking issues. I brought it in to see what could be done about replacement. I got the deer in the headlights look followed by having to spend more on parts and juice. The end result is Im out $100+. I suppose its my fault for not going to a vapor store instead of a tobacco store. I wasnt looking for a free handout, I wanted the store to stand by its product which obviously isnt the case.

Prices for tobacco may be good, but their prices on glass are beyond ridiculous. I shop many stores in the Twin Cities and this place is a pure ripoff. Id assume the glass is blown by some amazing artists, making it more expensive... Fine... But literally papers, crutches, even hemp wick were literally twice what you would pay at any other 10+ tobacco and head shops Ive visited in the Twin Cities as well. Trying to rip people off.

Ive been here a couple times, and they have the best selection of Swedish Snus Ive been able to find in Minnesota, and at better prices than you can get online, once you figure in taxes and shipping costs. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside Ive found is that its a long drive for me to get there. Its definitely worth the drive though.

The people there can really help you out when you know what you want. Its hard for Themis anyone to read you mind. They have custom e juice flavors that blow other juices off the market. They carry top shelf and adorable cigars

Ordered new battery. They didnt have the same one. They shipped a different one. Having problems charging it. Getting help over the phone was very difficult, though Megan was extremely pleasant.

Done with this place. I roll my own and 9 times out of 10 the tobacco is very dry and/or the papers have been smashed. Its close to me but I will drive an extra 15 minutes from now on.

Best tobacco store in the cities. Great for traditional tobacco and the employees know Vape products inside and out. Service you would never expect from a tobacco store!
