The best of the best in my opinion. Walked in with a particular and hard to find vape juice flavor was surprised that a Midwest store even carried it. The staffs knowledge of everything in the store is a fresh breath of air. Had every questioned answered plus they even threw in little gifts to make my experience that much better. You wont leave disappointed, and I can guarentee the Hub will be your go to for vapes and juice and any other smoke accessories.

only been here once so far but my first impression was fantastic i felt super welcomed and greeted with energy and happyness at the door to my surprise they have EVERYTHING and more for a smoke shop i was impressed with how packed full of products it was name brand stuff and quality peices all over the place the staff was very willing to help me find something i liked i will be coming back for sure

Eddie and his staff are very well versed in what they sell. They are support professional and very helpful and want to help you find what you want/need for a great price. Every time I come in I see friendly faces who are ready to listen. If you have a certain price range they respect that and stay in your budget. Great prices, great pieces, great service.

This shop has everything you need! Vaporizers, water pipes, hookahs, you name it. The customer service is also great. They will match internet prices and negotiate. Im not into it myself but they have a huge selection of glass amongst other things. They have a whole wall of shisha! Hands down the best shop in Kansas City!

I have to say you have some good pieces and mods but you might want to lower your prices I went to get a new mod I bought the smok alien 220 for 80 bucks and they gave me a free bottle of juice right down the street when you guys were selling the same one for 169

These guys are fantastic! Friendly and always having fun. I get incense and oils and its all great. They have a large selection of tobacco supplies and will talk though through all these options. If youre in the market Id go here, you will not be disappointed.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff coupled with an impressive selection of tobacco accessories. My smokes are inexpensive here, too! Bonus! I would recommend because where else can you get a cold can of Coke and browse excellent glass? Good stuff.

The guy that helped me said he was the GM.... he lied to me saying the price of the mod was same as MSRP. Then he charged me double what the MSRP was. My mistake for shopping here. Every ecig related product in this store is double the MSRP elsewhere.

I buy my CBD oil here. They have a good selection. Prices are fair. The staff always explains the product if Im unfamiliar with it. Besides the fact that the guy behind the counter wouldnt stop calling me sweetie, I like this place and Ill be back.

All around a terrible experience. I have been to The Hub several times now, and upon my arrival the third time around I realized that some of the high-end grinders were counterfeit. Beware of this shop and its owner!
