The store manager is intolerable. She is curt to the point of rudeness, indifferent, unhelpful, and ALWAYS trying to upsell, even when she KNOWS its unwarranted. What suggestions I manage to coax out of her are lousy ones. She makes me feel unwelcome every time I set foot in her door If I go to this location, I try to pick a time when the part-time girls might be there--theyre so much more friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
