I stopped into Sally on the way home and was curious to see what they had. I was pleased with the amount of hair color choices especially the pastels ( which are trending).The selection of products is great but the customer service is very poor. I had decided it was a good time to buy toner for my hair so I asked the woman at the front desk if they had some and she replied " all you see is what we have." which wasnt really the question I asked and it shouldnt be a hassle to point it out for me. I was very polite in asking, could you help me out and show me? I was looking around for another ten minutes or so when another woman came down the isle asking if I needed help, I told her I did and proceeded to ask about the toner. She showed me the product of course, not before scrutinizing my hair, which yes I did it myself, and I do like it for the most part and no I did not come in for you to judge me. I am here to buy things. Her attitude was terrible. She did not want to be there and she sounded as if the mere act of helping me find anything was dreadful. It wasnt busy I was pretty much the only on there the entire time. She told me to find developer but did not point it out to me and just walked away. As if she had much to do. She came back eventually and with that awful tone asked if I needed anything else. I kindly asked about the developer which she handed to me and complained about how dumb it was how the other company doesnt make it in 10 vol. again with the attitude. I really didnt care but I faked it because thats what you do in customer service with rude people. Except she was the one working and being rude to me. I was being very patient and polite but I felt highly uncomfortable and irritated. Not the way to get people to buy things from you by the way. She also failed to show me shampoo I might need she just threw that in there at the end like you might need this, whatever. You had an opportunity to have me buy more from you and you failed. Isnt the point of your job to be helpful and make suggestive sales? You missed both of those. Another note, she told me to buy the 10 vol. but the directions said 20 vol. and I really think I should have gotten the 20.

At this Sallys location the employees always help you if you have any questions about hair, nails and other beauty stuff. I went to this Sallys location on he way back from the store and got great customers service. But the Manager of the store is so rude. We were thinking about purchasing a new hair brush until the manager of the store started screaming at us to not touch the brushes. We grabbed a brush that were were about to purchase and she said that we better not touch the brushes or else well have to pay for them if they break. So we didnt buy the brush because the manager was being so rude and cruel to us. I cant believe she would do that to a customer. And she acts like no one else touches the brushes. They are all layed out in little baskets without any packaging. Overall this Sallys location has a horrible manager. (Also note that she was yelling at kids) shes the lady with brown haired and black glasses

Went in looking for Manic Panic Enchanted Green, they didnt have it. But they had that color but a different brand. The cashier came over and asked if I had any questions or need help. I asked if the other brand was non toxic or chemical free (like Manic Panic). She replied with an attitude and like my question was stupid, she replied like this to the rest of my questions. I after I checked out she said have a nice day, but obviously she didnt mean it. Her attitude definitely matched her expression. Poor costumer service, the costumers there were more welcoming than her.

Not only is everyone here super nice, but incredibly helpful. Every time I come in with a hair idea theyre very realistic as to what I can expect and what I can achieve and also help me find the best products that would help me get what I want or as close to it as I possibly can. They also told me their favorite products to use and which ones they wouldnt exactly recommend but what could still be good within my budget, I only go to this beauty supply store for that reason.

Melissa is amazing. Every time I go in she knows exactly the products I need and what bleach and colors to use in order to get exactly what I want. Ive saved soooo much $$$ by doing my hair myself and skipping the salon and honestly the only reason I have any confidence with doing my hair myself is because Melissa explains everything so well!!! From my first hair dying experience to my most recent I go to her for advice. Seriously. I hope she works at Sallys forever.

Be careful when you purchase from,their Sallys Beauty store!!! They false price the idems to a lower price when you ring up your items always check!!!!!
