Wow, I have had such a great experience with this place! Wonderful, top of the line shoes that are comfortable and fashionable, and amazing service! I ordered a pair of expensive shoes that ended up showing sweat stains because my feet sweat excessively. I tried to figure out what I could do to take care of this issue since it wasnt the stores fault, but the more I looked into it, the more I realized that the problem I was having is that the shoes were such a light color, and there was nothing I could probably do. I felt horrified after spending all this money! Plus, I had shopped and shopped for shoes like these, and I loved them!!! I had worn them a number of times, and it had been several months since I bought them. I really didnt want to ask them for a return, but I thought I would just try. I called them up, and they said to bring them in! I was still thinking they might not return them, which would have been reasonable. When I explained my situation, they were very understanding, and there were no questions asked!! I said I loved the shoes, and would be interested in an exchange for black shoes of that same style if that worked, and they were totally fine with that. They even ordered my large size from a different store! So relieved and floored by their astounding customer service! Shoes is one of those things I dont like to be locked into once I purchase, so it is wonderful to go here and know that they are committed to my satisfaction of their products!

Worst experience always whenever I walk into the Maple Grove location....employees will greet you only if you are white...personally experienced this not only once or twice but almost every single time i walk into the store wearing a headcover....last time less than 10 days ago the busy employee had the time to greet the white person who got in the store just 10 seconds after me but for me only a nasty look.....will never be back to that location

I love this store. They have my size (11) and they fill the need my feet need. Working, hiking, winter, biking, sandals, cute boots for dress, everything under one roof why go store to store when you can go to one and get what your feet need...Let them fill what your feet need.....

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They come to you to help you, you dont need to go seek them out. They only have very high quality shoes so the prices are a little high. They have some very good deals (even compared to a cheap place) in their large clearance room.
