I have gone through 7 pairs of redwings in a year because of the steel toe coming loose due to product failure through no fault of my own Manager refuses to replace my defective product which has broken 7 times in the same way and then continues to tell me I am abusing the warranty system and to not ever come back into his store He has done this to me and my brother and a couple of friends who now will not buy redwings ever again because of this store and this manager

Have gone in a handful of time. Had a different person each Im pretty sure. They all have been very helpful, and very nice. Last guy had me and another customer come in minutes before closing, he had to stay probably 20 minutes after. Didnt act irritated or mad at all. Rid wing boots are great. You can go there and know no matter what boot you get will be good.

Customer service is like nothing I have ever experienced, and I mean that in a good way! The employee was literally putting the new shoes on me , and tying the laces as well. Staff is very knowledgeable about the product, which gives customers peace of mind. Good quality products, phenomenal customer service, all bundled up with a warranty. Great store!

Great service! Never had a better experience buying a product! They sat me down, measured and analyzed my feet, and gave me intelligent recommendations for boots. Also, they offered to cinditionmy boots and replace the laces! For life! Ask for Steve!
