The associates never know anything when you ask them a question, I asked the guy working in the dairy aisle where the cheese was (since they remodled it was moved ) he showed me the yougurt, so I said no cheese; he had no idea what I was talking about! So I had to find another guy who worked outside of the refrigerator section to show me where it was. Then when I bring my coupons the manger refused to use it because the item was on clearance, I told her that wasnt right. She went and got another manger lady who was a manager too; they persisted to tell me the same thing, I showed her their coupon policy and they just walked away without saying anything. In fact this is not the first time this happened to me! So I had to go in the customer service line to just to simply use my coupons. Isnt that what Walmart is about saving money? So why claim it if you dont represent your business properly. Get it together Walmart. Isnt that the point of the Walmart Catcher program they advertise??! The sales associate never know how to price match when I bring in the ad too. They ask a cashier next to their lane who doesnt have a clue, so they have to call a manager and when one finally gets there, they dont know what to do and get another manager. So there will be five workers standing there just to try to ring me up who are still clueless!! And one day I came there the watermelon had a big sighn in the front saying $3.50, when I went up front it rang different, she told me it was the small ones; I told her no it wasnt that she needs to go read the sighn, she had to get the manger just to get the accurate price! Also when you need a manager at the register, I have waited 5 mins. some times for assistance. Their are a lot of different mangers floating around; are they being paged or just standing around and talking. The management and training are horriable. Dont go there and waste your time ! I could continue to tell more stories; but I will stop here.

This is the poorest excuse for a Walmart EVER! The place is filthy, the employees could care less about anything. Their poor selection is compounded by so many items out of stock. I went there today for black peppercorns. Just empty rows where the shelf tag says they should go. 12-15 other spices empty as well. Unbelievably, I stopped after work for a half gallon of milk the other day and there was NONE in the displays! Just a huge empty hole where the milk goes. The sad thing was, you could see through the glass doors that they had racks and racks of half-gallon milk, just nobody with the ambition to move it into position. A huge hole in the parking lot has been blocked off with cones for months. Do they ever fix anything? Dont even TRY to buy anything in the deli section. The employees stand around gabbing and smacking their gum, and wont help anyone until it becomes obvious that youre not leaving. One night at 10 I went for a case of Pepsi Max. Stocking the shelves was underway. But the brain-challenged employees place the pallets right up against the shelves instead of centered in the aisle, so everything you need is blocked. I literally had to push dozens of twelve-packs of soda off the shelves and onto the floor so I could CRAWL under the shelves behind the pallets to retrieve the ONE case of Pepsi Max they had left in stock. Never enough cashiers. Usually at least one or two self-serve stations wont work. I came at midnight and had the misfortune of standing in two different lines that both closed as I neared the front of the line. Then, they said the had to process their "end-of-day" and went down to ONE register with probably 25-30 people waiting to pay. OMG do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! By the way, I have never seen any management-type person anywhere in sight. Nobody giving direction to the haphazard way employees go about their jobs. If I could find one I would complain.

So I recently started shopping at Wal-Mart and go to the Wal-Mart on 700 American Blvd E, Bloomington, MN. On my 3rd visit, I realized that the store is rearranging their floor plan and few things got moved around so I started looking for someone on the floor to assist me. I immediately spotted a young lady wearing a white gown with her name tag on, I approached her and tried to get her attention, I quickly realized that she was on her cellphone. I asked her if she can help me find something and she quickly said I’m sorry I’m on my break and proceed to take her name tag and her gown off and kept walking… I thought it was very unprofessional and asked what her name was? She said my name is “none of your business” I just couldn’t believe my ears and still cannot believe the experience that day. I immediately met two other team members who were really nice and told them my experience and wanted to know if they can connect me with a supervisor. One of them took it up on her to go find out the name of the team member that refused to help me but almost immediately got attacked by this same angry team and told her to leave her alone! Long story short, I told my experience and disappointment to the supervisor and she simply just apologized by saying I’m sorry that happened and that’s it. Needless to say that my conversation with the supervisor did nothing to satisfy me, I felt like she just said it to get rid of me. At the end, I decided that I will never go to a Wal-Mart store again and wanted to share my experience. Never have I ever been treated like this in any retail store in my entire life!

Im more impressed with the newly remodeled store, but A LOT of the employees will not go out of their way to ask if youve found everything you need or if you need help. 1st if you can find someone. 2nd, find someone who doesnt make you feel like youre taking them from something important to help you and now they are irritated. Dont get me wrong, there are some employees that are happy to help and who enjoy their jobs. But then you have one big lady who runs the customer service desk who thinks you are trying to scam and steal, even if you have a receipt and have a real, legitimate reason, has said my husband and mother-in-law were were more or less "lying", (stating that those products werent from their store, (on 2 different occasions)when a supervisor went and retrieved an item and the other, the jewelry manager was called over and remembered selling the item to my husband). I dont know if she has a problem with white folks or everybody, but she should NOT be in customer service-so beware of you have to return or exchange something! And they have gotten a little better about keeping the shelves stocked, but there is no way that for a wk out more, they are constantly out of certain items, when I have gone in every 3 days and they never are in. They needed the remodeling-gd job on that!
