It takes a while to restock the shelf when they run out of items that on the shelf and it sometime takes weeks to get the items back on the shelf and it also has taken weeks to just get new products on the shelf when something comes out new like a new brand of potatoe chips just to give an example or a new flavor of some products sometimes it can take weeks even months and sometimes not at all and also it never have enough variety of different types of the products that you are looking for it might just have only one variety of that product. example like ice cream just a couple of flavors when it comes in 5 different flavors it will carry only 2 and you go to a different one and it will be the same example Burnsville will have pistachio and rocky road and applevalley will have chocolate chips and marshmallow and black walnut. Never all five.

I give it two stars cause at least you can see theres some people who are doing their jobs and doing what they are supposed to but then most of them slack off, ignore you, or speak another language because they know you cant understand what theyre saying. Theres a group of employees always slacking off and hanging out in the pet isle or the diaper isle its really irritating. If its something you can get from another store I suggest you go there instead of this poor excuse of a Walmart. I feel bad for the people who actually do their jobs. Especially this really nice guy who always wears a Umbreon hat from Pokemon. He tries so hard to do his job while these others put no effort into even helping a customer. Or even trying to look like theyre doing something productive...Its sad

Absolutely amazing experience here, best costumer service I ever have had. There is a younger lady back in electronics named Jordana (spelling? but close) She was great, the best by far from any type of store, went so above and beyond!! They need to be promoting her and doing all they can to keep her!! I had been to 3 other walmarts and they pretty much told me I was SOL (finding the TV I wanted, I bought the last one and it was damaged!) She helped me find another one at a store and spent at least two hours trying to help me out and get me what I wanted. She was amazing! So helpful, and was so professional the whole time. Im not a big walmart shopper, but I will return to this location frequently because I know that I can count on the employees there.

This store is the most difficult Walmart sote my family has ever entered. I would say 80% of the employees can not speak English and those that can speak some do not fully understand what is being communicated to them or can not clearly give direction to customers that need help finding items or even completing a transaction at the register beyond a debit/credit transaction. Most are not fully trained in thier position which is what makes the shopping experience difficult. Even the phasmacy staff has difficulty with English at times depending on the amount of managment help they have which makes me worried about the correct meds I receive. I feel more training and free English classes would be more supportive for this group.

Its typical Wal-Mart. 99% of the associates walking around are literally never helpful (lazy, dont know where things are, dont ask if we need help, chatting with each other and dont move out of the way, etc.). This location is often out of something we need (today it was parsley). However, its the closest location to where we normally go and they have other things we need. The cashiers are usually friendly. They have the type of parking lot with slanted parking spaces. There are two entrances but when you leave the parking lot you can only go south from one of them. Its not convenient to pretty much anything else, but that means theres usually lighter traffic.

The assistant manager there named Abdi is the WORST! He always helps his "people" also known as the somali group there just because they are the same religion as him. They always say hateful words to the customers and never help out anyone. They make up lies and stories and then just sit there and talk all day.. I never once have seen any of them actually working.. Its like they come here to gossip and talk all day and leave, and then they get paid after 2 weeks.. Such a dump.

First time here and stopped to buy some kids furniture, you know the ones you see in every Walmart. They didnt carry any. 4 other items on the list: Tylenol Sore Throat medicine, picture frames, curtains and curtain rod. Walked out with only the rod because every other item was out of stock. And the cherry on top, swiped my card about 8 times (not readable, then declined) Continued swiping same card until payment was accepted. Note to self: dont shop Burnsville Walmart again.

The night manager, Otis, is extremely rude, and someone who has drawn away a lot of customers. People will drive all the way to Apple Valley, Shakopee or even Eagan because of the customer service at night. The associates are generally good and helpful. But that manager is rude, unhelpful, raises his voice, calls you names, and wont help you if you have an issue. Hed rather tell you to leave than help figure out the problem. Seen it, experienced it, your local Walmart.

This place is a DISASTER! There is a HUGE Somali group over there and all they do is talk! They basically abuse the costumers and talk about them in their language.. They talk hateful words towards not only the people who work there, but the people who shop there also! Its just AWFUL! They NEVER work, they just talk about gossip and drama, I mean why are they even getting paid?! The assistant manager at this place should get fired asap, I cant even!

you cant compare walmart to other stores their associates are not the top specialist in their field by any means. you get what you pay for. I needed a usb cable for my printer the man at best buy was was helpful and a wealth of information and the cheapest cable was $24.99 the walmart guy pointed me in the right direction he thought. their price was $4.86 i will shop at walmart almost every time.

Very clean and the staff are courteous and do not invade your personal space on your shopping experience. Other locations should learn to take some advice and suggestions from this location, which would really help improve business. Hint, hint!!! Brooklyn Center Walmart needs to do some priority training at this location.

Its Wal-Mart... granted, a clean and well-maintained example, but, its still Wal-Mart. Okay, its the best Wal-Mart around and the employees take pride in their work and it shows. Its further from home than other Wal-Marts but I gladly drive the additional distance when the prices are the same but the experience is better.
