I love Starbucks so much! Id like to start off by saying this place is very cozy and makes you feel at home whether youre studying, hanging out with friends, or enjoying a nice coffee in this quiet little shop. All the people that work here are very nice and patient. They have great tasting food and amazing coffees to die for! They are a bit on the pricy side for some but its too totally worth it. I recommend you come here and try it yourself!

Location can be busy given the area is rapidly developing. Drive thru especially is poorly designed as it only takes a few cars to block in customers who are parked. When Allen rd was under construction and that entrance blocked, traffic flowed much more smoothly within the parking lot and drive thru. Staff is friendly and I typically get my order within a few minutes. A newer location with a decent amount on interior seating.

Generally fast and friendly service. At times when the drive thru is busy those ordering inside seem to take the back seat as far as priority is concerned. However, thats not always a bad thing if youre not in a hurry. Parking lot is a nightmare when its busy. Drive thru is constructed in a way that when the a line of cars form, those who want to leave are blocked in.

I ordered a salted Caramel macchiato frapp and they were out of salt, i thought okay and went ahead with the order. After waiting 12 minutes i finally get my drink, they did not put the caramel on it. The only reason I didnt make them make me a new one was because I had places to go and I wasnt waiting another 12 minutes for a drink that takes 3 minutes to make.

The coffee and the service is just like you would expect from any other Starbucks location. The only issue I have is the congestion of the parking lot. The drive-through is in an awkward location and can make getting in and out a challenge.

Disappointing service all around. Half-assed drink orders, unfriendly / rude employees and slow service. I have had much better experiences at Starbucks in other areas, but the Woodhaven location is lacking big time.

What can I say? Its Starbucks, and its delicious. Might be considered a bit pricy if you are stopping there every morning, but the rewards program, convenience, and variety make up for it in my mind.

The costumer service is awesome. I asked the cashier what drinks she prefer and she gave me her honest opinion and was very respectful about it. I recommend this location to anyone.

Normal Starbucks location. Newer building with a drive-thru and a decent amount of seating. Everyone was friendly and my coffee came out perfect as anyways.
