I originally got my coffee in Flint for my commute, traffic was worse than normal not to mention the Flint location I went to (Burton to be exact) botched my coffee...all milk, even with an extra shot! After an hour and a half and an undrank coffee,I stopped down the road from work and offered to buy more espresso for my coffee and the gentlemen, should have got his name, totally made my coffee for free!! I was so thankful especially after the drive I had not to mention a full day ahead of me! He may have been the manager or supervisor and the young lady that made my coffee made it perfect!!!! Extra shot and all! Thank you again for making my day!!!!! Ill def see you guys a lot!!!!!!! Happy Starbucks lover right here!!! ❤️☕️❤️☕️❤️☕️❤️☕️❤️☕️

Extremely packed but I got what I needed, Hot and Fast. The staff are true trailblazers in the world of Coffee. A very pleasant blonde woman in particular was so nice to me and im grateful for that. Tip them often and largely. They always remember my name. Very clean atmosphere, it was tough to locate any dust at all.(But I did, by the clearance mug display). The hand dryers in the bathroom were great. Kind of like at Cedar point. So powerful. Got my hands....So dry. This locale ROCKS!

Went to this location on Sun Feb 14 and got a venti skinny hazelnut cappuccino. When I received my drink, it was literally half full of liquid and half full of foam. I was on my way to work and had to get moving, but I wasnt too thrilled to pay $5-6 for a drink that was half full. I understand some drinks have a little foam to top it off, however this was way too much. The cap did taste great, just wasnt happy with the amount I got for a venti. Hope this helps. Thanks

I swore Starbucks off for 11 months due to horrible service and an overall lack of value. Today I made a fool of myself by giving them another chance and trying their new iced coffee. Terrible and 80% ice- no wonder why theyre being sued by people as scam artists. The breakfast sandwich was pretty lousy as well. See you in another year when Ive got a screaming caffeine withdrawal headache.

I ordered a coconut milk green tea latte. As I was drinking it, I noticed it did not taste "right" I looked at the label on the cup and it was made with regular milk. I am very sensitive to dairy and got a bad stomach ache. It is important to train staff to listen and fill orders correctly. I also would like to add that the service was extremely slow and not friendly.

This is a really big store and its always packed! As a result, the wait is always really long! Not my favorite. if I do a mobile app, I usually cant find parking and end up parking on the curb and running in. With that being said, everyone is polite and my mobile orders are always right.

You know, I like supporting local business, and smaller chains, but my venti almond milk latte with a hint of butterscotch flavor was phenomenally delicious! I will be returning for sure. Their almond milk creamer was way better than anything else Ive tried (and Ive tried many!).

Really didnt enjoy finding out the person who had made my drink had bronchitis half way through drinking it, furthermore, I came in with my 5 year old and we really didnt appreciate the same barista talking about how he killed a puppy. We wont be coming back.

Tucked away behind a hill to the Babies r Us and Kohls is this large Starbucks. There are plenty of tables to work remotely from. They are well stocked with gourmet snacks and grab n go pastries. I received my latte macchiato pretty quickly after ordering.

I come here often at least twice a week, the store is almost always full of customers working or enjoying themselves. I like this location best in the area because the staff is friendly and fast plus the store is always clean.

Nice staff here. Wish they had more Vegan options however used to go here a lot when I wasnt Vegan. They have really good food options and coffees here. Used to work at the BabiesRUs across the parking lot and went here often.

As much as I love Starbucks, this location is often a chore to get into. No drive through and very limited parking. But the Baristas there are always very friendly!! 3 Stars for the employees, -2 for the convenience.

Great place at night that is opened late. Its less noisy and busy at night if youre looking for less noise. This place is generally busy. Skip the line and order on your phone.

Came in 3 minutes to close, hate doing that but came from miles away. Awesome attitudes and amazing drinks, always a good experience and theyre open til 11:30.

Nice place on the corner to grab a coffee and chat with friends, they also have outside seating to enjoy in the summer time. The staff is friendly over there.

This is my main Starbucks and they know me by name. When Im in a hurry I will do the mobile pickup and they make sure its hot and ready to go when I arrive.

Baristas are friendly. Store is usually pretty clean. It can be busy, but overall it is one of the better Starbucks locations in the area.
