I went in and purchased a charger for my divinci vape. They told me they had it so i went and spent 25 dollars. When i took out the charger at home it was not correct so i called he told me to come back. So i went back to return it since he did sell me the wrong charger. To my suprise the actual cord was over 40 dollars (19.99 online) i told him i didnt want to pay the difference and he refused to take it back! For his own mistake. As someone who has spent hundreds with then will definitely never spend another penny. I would highly recommend Woodstock or the stash box. Better deals and way better service.

This is my favorite smoke shop to buy from. I drive from a decent amount away, passing several other shops, just to come here. The staff is always extremely friendly and very helpful. I e never had a bad experience with them. They are very knowledgeable about their products, which is impressive considering they are always updating what they have. Very clean and organized. Compassionate towards patients too!

the roseville location is horrible mainly because of the employee working there. Vince is his name. He regularly argues with customers, will never go back. Used to be a loyal customer until this ass hat started there. The silver lining is that I found out wild bills tobacco has the same butane at half the price, never would have found that out if the employees treated their customers with respect.

Walked in looking for a new piece. Upon entry I was greeted in a very polite manner and asked if I needed assistance looking for something. I described my wants and both gentlemen utilized excellent 2-way communication skills. They had me leave with not only more than what I expected (all for a reasonable price) but also a smile on my face. Excellent job guys, I will always recommend this location.

I had to go there for a friend and the person who helped me was not only extremely knowledgeable about things I had no clue about but he was also extremely personable and really helped me to get what I needed but also gave me a lot of knowledge and insight. lm very surprised abou the negative reviews because I was treated with nothing but respect in a very uncomfortable situation!

The employees at this store have no clue how to do their jobs. sent my friend in w my bubbler to get a piece and they sold her the wrong size when the pipe was in front of them. they are rude and ignorant. love the one on 9 mile though.

Was relying on them to be open for christmas gifts, said they close at 9, got there at 8:30, doors locked. Sign on door that said Christmas hours would extend the open hours until 10pm. Open sign was up. Complete BS and a let down.

The manager at the front counter is awesome, I used to see him at the chesterfield BDTs also. He is always super helpful and knows a lot about the products hes selling. This is my favorite smoke shop to go to.
