Superb and highly efficient experience, complete epiphany. I just purchased my first vape pen at the Puff Factory, the young lady that assisted me was very cool, immensely knowledgeable about vaping, incredibly helpful and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and answered every question I had, wholeheartedly, no matter how fickle it seemed. Awesome experience. Found the hookah of my dreams there and the service was outstanding. They even gave me a free orange head for my hookah, and let me pick out the flavors. They were kind and good people to be around and they answered all my questions with no problem. Also got my amazing ashtray from there a while ago. (It broke, but I will be going back to get a new one and new downstem for my bong.)

Very clean and the staff is friendly and always willing to offer insight into the products that they carry in store. Has a great selection for vapers, bongers, and any other needs you have if you are a smoker. Prices are fairly reasonsble and I would suggest if you are around the area, stop In and take a peek!

Yesterday I went in because I dropped my vape and it wasnt working right. Talked to a guy and explained my problem, told him I was prepared to buy a new kit if it came to that, but he fixed mine for free! No lie one of the best experiences Ive had in a store anywhere. Theyve got my business forever now.

Most definitely a place to pop into is you want to pick up some quality smoking devices. The staff is cool. Vape selection has dwindled quite a bit recently. Juice prices have been and still are quite steep, and selection is meh...Not the best anymore. More of a head shop than anything now.
