Bought a rig from them at a fairly decent price...but when I got home I realized that the nail was not the right size and had fallen into the down stem and got stuck. (before being able to put it to use) I am a card holder and had tried dabbing out of it. ONE DAB. When I took it back they told me if I could get the nail out they would replace it. Well, the nail didnt come out, and he handed it to me and said "I dont wanna break it." So, they wont replace it when its their fault it doesnt work? So he wanted me to break it and be my fault? I get that theyre not supposed to do any exchanges on used products, but the product was faulty in the first place, and they did absolutely nothing for me but take my $40. (PS I GOT THE NAIL OUT MYSELD)

Huge glass selection. Best Ive seen around honestly. Prices on most glass and anything of that nature is a great price but when you get to the vape section everything seems a little more expensive. They can do better prices on their tanks, vapes, etc. They could run better deals on their ejuice. If they did that they would consistently get me in the shop more. They so have great prices on coils though.

The guys here have such extensive knowledge on vaping and glass, I wont go to any other shop. They go above and beyond with their customer service and actually know what theyre talking about. Definitely have the lowest prices around with the best quality Vape equipment / juices Ive seen.
