We usually have no problem with this place. But today, we were overcharged on the pack of brown rice and my mother went back to store again to get it fixed. The guy who looks like manager had very rude and bad attitude towards her. He didnt believe my mother in the first place so she led him to the section where the price tag was placed. She showed him the price, he over looked it and insisted that its a different product. But it wasnt. Whatever the receipt said exactly matched the name on the price tag. So she ended up get the difference back. Also, he said certain race of people often cheat on them by moving price tags around. That really made my mother upset in many ways. His attitude totally ruined our past experiences with H mart. In addition to that, some korean employees need to watch out what they say in korean. I sometimes hear them calling non-korean employees in very bad words. Stop saying crap in Korean just because you think they wouldnt understand what you say.

This was a very nice store, clean and well lit with wide aisle like any mainstream grocery store. Its a very large store for this type (about the size of aldi) with had a very large variety of stuff. A friendly older lady tried to help me. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for which were fresh Thai ingredients (keffir lime and galangal) I think because it is a Korean store (Im pretty sure). I would suggest some labels in English on shelves as well, but I suspect there isnt a high demand for that, as I was the only non-Asian in the place when I went. Also there is a little restaurant in the store. They were closing so I didnt get to check it out, but it did smell pretty good.

Be aware and do not buy any meat or fish products here. I have purchased meat and fish here 3 times and they were all spoiled or low grade meats. Fishes I purchased were rotten I could not even eat it. This happened every time I bought meat and fish here, it tells you what kind low quality foods are being sold here. Also tells you they are cheating you constantly. Very unethical business owners. I am planning to report them to USDA Meat and Poultry.

Very rude cashiers. I asked a simple question, no response. I asked to talk to a manager and he speaks zero English. The store always smells bad, specially the seafood area. Their best selection is the salmon (fresh and at reasonable price), but I rather buy it somewhere else than deal with mean/disrespectful/rude employees.

Great selection of Asian good in general but the employees are dishonest at best. I ordered a live lobster from their seafood area and they switched it out for behind the counter for a dead rotting one. The guy even had the nerve claim he didnt do it even after I saw him in the act. Beware of this place

This H-Mart is a lot smaller than the other ones we have visited. It has one simple food court and does not carry as many items as other H-Marts in other area. Also, we often found prices not matching the advertisement. Nevertheless, they have good quality of meat if you can find them.

Went shopping here for first time today. Got a pair of whole yellow croaker(fish), two fresh squid, a pound of head on shrimp, and cooked on the grill. And made pot of shiitake mushroom soup with yaki soba noodles. OMG! Soooo good, well be going back for seconds.

This grocery store has everything. if youre not familiar with the products or the language written on the products you may be at a little disadvantage. some of the things have an English translation some dont. the little restaurant on the inside is so good tho!

Good selection of produce and lots of protein choices too. Especially love the pre-sliced meats. Prices are really reasonable and staff is effecient. Really busy on a Saturday, so nothing sits around long. Wish I had a place like this in Ypsi.

I like the selection of products from fruit, vegetables, and dry goods. There is a small food cafe in the store to sit and eat if you get hungry. The recent renovations make it more spacious, cleaner, and brighter than before.

This place has fresh selection of Asian vegetables, meat, seafood, and other Asian food. They have weekly sale, and their sale priced items are excellent deals. It is the cleanest Asian food store in this area.
