Waiting to try on shoes in hand - only one sales person "working the floor". I asked if others where available when I was told that they "were in the back doing stocking" I suggested that they were needed up front to assist the more than six of us that were waiting. Imagine my surprise when older sales person (manager? owner? hope not) berated me for telling her what to do! I guess her job is to work the back of the house and not sell shoes. Needless to say I walked out along with four other prospective customers...

I really want and desire to support local businesses. This place has a great selection (though limited sizes). Was in Plamondon and received above average service. Tried on a "last pair" of shoes and while considering my purchase found the same shoes on-line @ Gander Mountain for $35 cheaper. Showed the price and shoe to the salesperson and asked if they could accommodate me in any way..."We dont compete or honor on-line pricing..." In 3 days Ill have my identical shoes with Free Shipping. Sorry.

Great selection of hiking shoes and casual, cute shoes. Staff has accommodated my needs and requests very well. Greeted on entrance, yet not hovered over. The quality of shoes and accessories Ive bought there have lasted years! I have a pair of Darn Tough socks from over 10 years ago still! I will definitely be recommending and coming back there

I was in a pinch and needed new work shoes today. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made the experience painless and quick for me. I certainly recommend them for anyone shopping for shoes downtown, Ill be back for sure!
