I have gotten a nose piercing here before in February, which was alright and I appreciated the service. Yesterday, I got my septum pierced here, the service was fine until after. I was told to wait at the desk to pay and I had to wait 15 minutes (the receptionist was drawing something) until someone had to come in and speak for me. Then I payed my $35 with a tip and was glad to leave. I had a retainer put in instead of a hoop, which is supposed to be able to flip up into your nose so it is hidden. The retainer was way too big and does not fit in my nose, so today, we had a call made asking about my retainer. We asked if there was a smaller retainer possible or if the ring would be better and they HUNG UP on us. I dont know who the receptionist was today, or why they even hung up, but it was very immature and I will be telling everyone to go someone else like Pandoras Box. Terrible staff.

My daughter and I went in on a whim for a tat... She had one previous tattoo at another studio and had a horrible experience. I can not say enough about the staff here at Independent. We both got GREAT tattoos and a great experience. The shop was clean, the young lady that greeted us was super friendly, and the owner who gave us our matching tattoos did super work... We both can not wait to go back and get another one. We highly recommend this place. You wont be disappointed. Rachele and Mikayla

I received a daith piercing here and the gentleman who pierced it was awesome. Very nice and professional. And I also just got a tattoo designed and inked by Nadia. This young woman is amazing!! Wonderful, original and so very professional. Would highly recommend her.

Great service! Roger is the best! He fixed a messed up tattoo I had done at a previous parlor plus i got another tattoo. Very clean and neat work. I am going back soon for a piercing and another tattoo. Much referred.

My dude Scott is the bomb dot com, he did my tattoo and when the ink didnt wanna cooperate with my skin he ended up touching it up for free and he had no problem doing so. I recommend this above a lot of places
