My experience was absolutely amazing! The vibration of this location is so relaxing with impeccable service. Bryant, Deedria, and Carmen are a winning team working together to bring the clients the best possible experience. Having coffee while listening to smooth jazz during my wait was a super benefit, not to mention the big hugs at the close of the visit from Deedria. Choosing this location was one of the best choices that I have ever made. Dr. Jacques was extremely pleasant and informative during the eye examination with staff having a full understanding of the customer service process. All of the employees were very professional. I needed to have my script altered a little and the frames changed because I found them uncomfortable after one week. They worked with me, especially Carmen, to make sure I loved my new glasses. Very nice experience.
